I like the theater it is a nice size. The only thing I don’t like about this is location and that there is no free parking. Bathrooms are usually clean. Food in the food court are a little bit much but over all it is ok

Our screen is not working. And no announcement on this either. What’s up? A movie is not a radio

Was here a couple hours ago (Sunday night) to see «A Good Dinasaur» 2 guys & 2 girls total. Us girls cried. The theater is great, large, clean and many movies to choose from but it is one of the more expensive ones at around 11.25 per ticket and if you dont find street parking you will have to pay for parking.

The worst movie theatre ever! We bought a ticket for a show at 7:30 pm on Friday night, and they could not fix the screen and cancelled the show at 8:20 pm. We were told to get our tickets refunded at the guest services, which has a HUGE line! We will probably wait another hour here for a refund! Never coming back here!!!

How are you charging me for a movie before I even make it inside to see the movie?!? $ 3 for parking? How dare you! Wait…$ 3 CASH ONLY… your rotten chumps! I really despise «cash only» in this modern, plastic world. Okay… parking rant over… what a huge and nice theater.
First of all, DO NOT THROW AWAY your large drink cup after the film. This place allows you to bring back your cup on other visits for free refills. Well, with that in play, I guess $ 3 parking isn’t all that bad. The movie prices are normal, which means they are high! $ 8 large popcorn seems about the average rate for first run movie theaters now and days.
Second of all, the theater is roomy and has great sound. I have never had an audio problem here, nor have the accommodations been messy. I can even extend that statement to the bathrooms as well!
Third of all, join the Regal Crown Club. Why not keep track of what movies you have seen there… wait…that is AMC stubs! Why not give yourself discounts for being in a free club. You get a wallet card, and a key chain card to scan when you purchase things there. They also send you a variety of deals and discounts, as well as free movie tickets sometimes. Check out

I could be bitter about this theater not being no where near where I live, but they can’t help that. I’ll just gripe about paying for parking. Just know that you have comfortable seating, with arms that goes up if you are waist expansive like me, along with great sound. Give them a try.

This theater has the most leg room of any I’ve been in! Comfy seats, wide arm rests… For an avid avoider of theaters (I can’t stand sitting in one spot longer than 10 minutes at a time), this cinema made a three hour film (Hateful Eight) the most pleasurable experience possible! Paying to park at a theater is wack, but for one this nice? Only $ 3? Come on there’s a damn Marble Slab and a full restaurant in there! Sure, I’ll suck it up once in awhile.

For those that do not keep up, this whole turf war crap does not make any sense. I have to drive farther now just to see a movie instead of heading down the block. Rediculous.

Absolutely ridiculous that they aren’t showing a lot of the major movies anymore and have instead have chosen to show mostly garbage or annoying «artsy» movies. Really you will play Krampus, but you won’t play Spectre, Mocking Jay part 2, peanuts, and others.
I will continue to go to other theaters until they decide to change their minds. If they don’t play Star Wars next week then I am definitely not going back ever again. Glad to spend my money somewhere else!
Who is the idiot in charge of this bright idea?
Now they aren’t playing star wars??? Are they trying to close themselves down? Wish someone could explain this.

I wrote a review this summer about how pleased I was with Edwards. Now I am taking the time to write another one because I am so disappointed. Edwards has lost a LOT of my business. This coming from someone who goes to 3 movies some weekends. I go to the movies a lot, more than the average Joe. And I live across the street from Edwards, so the joy of being able to walk to the movie any time of day, with or without kids, was huge and prompted even more outings.
But now, Edwards has chosen to not show movies that the new inner loop theater is showing to… what? Lose customers? I don’t know if that’s the reason, but why else would you not show Mockingjay, Spectra, Brooklyn to name only a few. I now drive 20 mins to AMC Fountains or First Colony and gladly give them my money. I won’t go to the new theater as that is not the «movie going» experience I want. I want regular prices and seats (I don’t need cuddle chairs or fancy food), cleanliness and OPTIONS on movies and times. That’s all. But now I’m rethinking my Regal card and am going to purchase the AMC card since I go there so often.
I’m very disappointed and I am not the only one in this neighborhood going elsewhere to see the new releases and hot movies since they are not at Edwards. This neighborhood is full of apartment complexes and businesses within walking distance. Why lose out on all of us just to prove something to another theater that is nothing like you? And if it’s not that, then please explain how Mockingjay didn’t make the roster.
It’s really just a shame and I wanted to have my frustrations heard — as a loyal and avid moviegoer to your establishment for years.

Always clean. Comfortable seating. Generally a nice staff. Parking is annoying as hell though.
I went in last night and decided to skip out on the soda and get some water instead. When I saw $ 4.99 ring up for a 20 oz bottle of water I considered crying into a cup and drinking my tears instead. When I told the cashier that I only wanted my nachos he offered my girlfriend and I complimentary water cups. I ended up asking to get a medium sized cup (basically an extra large) with ice water though. The manager then asked me if I’d prefer to get the Dasani instead because the «medium» cup cost just as much. I instinctively responded in a satirical manner explaining that it would be ludicrous for me to pay more for less and he ended up giving me the water for free. I felt bad because I knew he was just doing his job but daaang… $ 4.99? Nawh playa.

This is one of the best movie theaters in Houston.
Tickets:
Fast/​easy. Have never waited more than a few minutes before getting to the window. They also have kiosks if you want to avoid the [short] line.
Concessions:
Typically overpriced movie concessions but at least popcorn is always fresh/​good and they always seem to have enough cashiers to handle the crowds. Again, very rarely a long wait.
Theaters:
The are several theaters around Houston that don’t take care of their theaters (seating, cleaning, etc. Looking at you AMC…). Not this one. Seats are always in great shape, theaters are always clean, and they just recently renovated a few of the theaters; brand new seats, etc
Parking:
They charge $ 3 to park in the attached garage. Not great considering most other theaters offer free parking. Loss of a star for this.
Other:
There’s a restaurant/​bar/​lounge attached to the lobby which is actually pretty good. Worth trying once or twice before/​after a movie. Don’t expect to be able to bring food into the theaters though.
Also Regal Rewards are great, and free unlike AMC stubs. We consistently earn free tickets/​popcorn/​drinks. Make sure you sign up!

I actually really like this theater and I think folks take it for granted. I grew up going to this theater back when I was in middle school, it was the fun hang out place for friends and I in high school to hang with, and now taking my husband an Austin native to explore this 2 story theater is so fun.
You get the theater vibe with fun arcade area and Harlows sit down restaurant in the building. And even marble slab ice cream if you want. Tickets are easily obtained online or at the box office, with marquee of movie times listed easily. RPX is offered here and we checked it out today to view The Good Dinosaur. I think the theater is okay and on par with that of an IMAX equivalent. The seats rock but don’t recline which is kind of a bummer. We love iPic for that as well as other theaters that do that specifically.
I really enjoy climbing the 3 flights of stairs that end up taking you to the 4^th floor of the parking garage, my Fitbit thanks me for my healthy habits and it’s a great view down of all the fun to people watch. Solid theater experience though concessions stand is just $$$. Parking is $ 3 for the garage but parking convenience just saves us the headache of looking elsewhere.

This is one of my favorite theaters in Houston. It’s gigantic, with two floors, and I’ve never had a problem with nasty seats or garbage everywhere.
The major downside is that it’s garage-​only parking which costs $ 3 CASH ONLY. You betcha we always arrive and never have cash, which just creates a huge inconvenience. Seriously, who carries cash anymore? One time they let us park and then run in to get cash at the ATM in the lobby. I would come here more often if it wasn’t for that.

This theater is close to where we live now and has many screens, making times and options easier for most. For the most part, it’s clean. Paying to park is kind of a rip off seeing the cost of their tickets, they should consider validating parking for customers. Concession items didn’t seem the freshest. The screen quality and sound was very good but too loud. The temperature was decent.

I like the theater’s proximity to my house and the fact it shows movies that is about it. It is cleanish.
There always seems to be issues at this place. Last time only the downstairs entrance and concessions were open. Nice long lines and of course people waited until they get to the front of the line to begin to even think about what they may want. Oh surprise it is a movie theater they have popcorn, nachos, and candy; not that hard.
Some theaters have large screens while others are quite underwhelming. I can tell you theater 17 is pretty small somehow my movie is always in here.
There is also a Harlow’s connected. Which is a bad Chili’s and Dave & Busters combined. If you are just grabbing a happy hour drink before the movie it is not awful.
And you have to pay for parking unless you park on the street which is not advised.

Overall, however, nice theatre. Tons to do, it’s nice, and the temperature is perfect. I wasn’t freezing.
But what they don’t tell you unless you specifically go to the restaurant side is that they have dinner and movie for two for $ 44.95. I wish he had known sooner: that’s smart. But you have to do it on the restaurant side so if you buy your tickets first you can’t. And it’s a 3 course meal for the price so an appetizer and dessert. Can’t beat it. I’m making the drive JUST to try that deal out next time. They just need to promote it better.

I was enthralled by the sheer size of this building. First, you must park in the theaters lot which is $ 3 cash only. Once you circumnavigate the parking lot and figure out how to get to the lower lobby where they take your tickets, things move pretty smoothly. The theater was well maintained and a good crowd– laughed at the right places and no excessive talking.
I would come here again, but paying for parking on top of a $ 16 movie ticket was not my favorite thing to do. They had a concession stand upstairs but no one working there, seems like it could help with the crowd below.

As the closest theater to Rice University, this is my go-​to theater and it does not disappoint! Because it has many auditoriums, this theater has so many showings that it’s hard to miss a blockbuster film. With so many repeat showings in one day, planning for a movie outing here is super flexible and the auditorium isn’t usually packed beyond reason because the multiple showings somewhat disperses the crowd.
The price is the average $ 11 and parking is always available for $ 3 in a large garage, so watching a movie here is convenient and doesn’t bust wallets. Definitely a solid theater!

We almost got a free parking but it would have required 360 turn so we parked in garage for $ 3. Tonight was one of the busiest nights. We parked near second level of theatre. We got a free ticket last time so we exchanged it and paid for other ticket at discounted ticket of $ 10.
Seats are comfortable and armrests lift up. They recline though not as much as other theatres. Screens are also slightly smaller. I like the second level which also has food area.
Get a regal card and you can rack up points to earn free movie ticket. The regal card is free when you sign up. To avoid crowds, stop in for early matinée during spring and fall.
