Eco Wash Washateria

The people that work at this establishment are racist. This is not the first time I have came here & have been so disrespected. I will be writing a certified letter to the owner & contacting any & everyone (BBB in Texas) that I need to contact to make sure my complaint gets heard.
I brought my clothes here for the wash & fold service on Monday, 5÷5÷14. The lady behind the counter tried to over charge me due to the fact that she can not add. I politely corrected her & informed her that she over charged me. She became extremely rude, so I showed her her calculation errors. She recalculated again & it took her at least 3 minutes to recalculate. She was using her fingers, a calculator, & the cash register.
When she finally got the total right, I told her to let me go & grab my money. She got loud & yelled at me in front of my 5 year old daughter. She proceeded to open the door & pushed a basket were my clothes were into me yelling, «NO! NO!» Then my container with all of my detergent, she was pushing it to me on the ground with her feet yelling, «GO! GO! GO!» After being disrespected twice, I in turn treated her the way she treated me. Then she acted like she could not speak English when the entire time earlier she was very disrespectful, get speaking English.
I asked her for the number to management. She responded, «AFTER 3:30!» While waving her hand to me like you would motion to a DOG to go away. And as I stated before, this is not the first time I have been mistreated & have witnessed Black individuals being mistreated by the workers here. Last time, it was a male individual.
I took my items down the street to the one in the shopping center on the corner of Fondren & Braeswood. The owners there are very respectful, & if you have quite a few items, he will help you bring them in.
Finally, I am not done with EcoWash. I will be typing up a formal letter of complaint, contacting any agency I need too. If I do not get a formal apology from the owners, I will be contacting the news, Quanell X, & anyone else that I need to contact. Her pushing that basket out to me, if I would not have caught it & it would have hit me, that would have been an assault.

Plenty of Machines! Triple Loads $ 3, five load machine $ 4. Each quarter gives you 8 min. on the dryer. It’s air conditioned so you do not melt in the middle of summer. Overall good!
