Our therapists are specially trained in a variety of soft tissue techniques that are all based around correcting specific muscular dysfunctions. Meet the Business Owner
Mike H.
Business Owner
The human body is my passion. It never ceases to amaze and impress me, and I study it constantly. I began my wellness career as a Personal Trainer, and after majoring in Biomechanics I found myself looking at the human body in a different way. I saw many of the chronic problems we inflict upon ourselves everyday through repetitive overusing of muscle. We do very little to care for our body’s, in fact, in my opinion we take better care of our car that we do our body. Basic, preventative maintenance can go a long way to keeping our muscular system healthy and functional. However very few people know what to do to properly care for the system that allows us to function everyday.
This is what I’ve spent the vast majority of my time learning and teaching to our therapists. We focus on how to restore proper function to the muscular system, and then how to maintain it. Neuromuscular Massage Therapy is a highly effective approach to correcting soft-tissue pain and dysfunction.
