Business Owner

Emanuel Morgan Jr. has more than 30 years of construction experience and heads up the Houston, TX location. Emanuel has been a part of thousands of construction projects, and imparts his knowledge and insight to his employees with a «hands-​on» approach. He has nearly 20 years of commercial and industrial experience in all phases of pre-​construction, value engineering, and design-​build services.

As Owner of E.C.T. Electrical Circuit Tracers, he is an integral part of establishing a successful working relationship with OUR clients and insuring electrical safety, efficiency and success are priority one.

Emanuel Morgan Jr. has held positions ranging from Licensed Electrician, Inspector: City and State, Code enforcer: Building, NEC, NFPA, ADA, NFPA, etc. QSHE Manager within the Construction, Oil and Gas/​Petrochemical Industries. He is a professional Safety Instructor; OSHA/​MSHA, with over 15 years combined experience, training and education in Electrical & Fire safety trainer.
