Discount Tire Store – Houston, TX

So my tire light came on over the weekend and I was so alarmed because I had driven in some heavy construction areas in Houston. I decided to hit up discount tire because they offer a free inspection. I schedule an appointment got there and they got me right in and out. Further I didn’t even need a tire just air and they didn’t try to up-​sale me on anything or get over. Did it for free. Totally professional and courteous. I’ve been to this location before as well and had great service. Also good business at a real rate!

this place is definitely the place to be! i have been here on numerous of occasions for my tire service, and i have been to others as well which i highly do not recommend! :-/
any ways, I went online and set my appointment up, when I arrived, this place was packed, but the service i receive and the respect makes it worth the wait. I walked in wanting to get my tires balanced and rotated. we went outside to inspect my car, all my tires were on yellow/​red marker meaning the thread was worn out. we went back inside and we discussed different options. i decided to apply for the discount tire credit card and to my surprise i was approved. so i made the decision to get brand new tires for my car and i can pay them off within the 6 months no interest no hidden fees. which works out for me cause i really did not wanna spend $ 400 all at once, i can do with the payment plan :) i am winning!

They do a pretty good job. Not too pushy on sales. Can take a long time to get helped.

I had an excellent experience with these guys! My tires were on in 20 minutes and they were super friendly! They were the same way with every person I saw walk in whole I was there. Great job guys!

I have no problems here at Discount Tire. The staff members are hospitable and always ready to assist you. If someone says they are too busy and rude, that simply is not true. See for yourself.

I been coming this location over 10 years. I never had any major issues. Today there was only one person in front of me. They have me in the system so they know what tires I want on my car. Quintin M Jones was very efficient. I got my car done around 15 mins.

Horrible place to get your tires fix. It’s always busy and the workers are rude. They force these unnecessary fees on you and make it sound mandatory when in fact it is not. Avoid this place if possible. Also avoid a worker name Hector, he pretends to be professorial but is seriously a hard a** who doesn’t listen to what you want but take matters in this own hands.
