These guys @ Discount tire never disappoint me any state i go. I thought as this discount tire headquarters in phoenix, only in phoenix they are good. Man, they are really helpful if you have any issues with the tire and they gave a best price better than costco.

In and out for a tire rotation in 15 minutes, not bad for this place. Read reviews before going and everyone was so nice. Glad I drove an extra 20 minutes for a well run discount tire. Some are worse than others, this one is a little hidden gem.

This place is really professional and clean. The employees were very helpful in terms of letting me know what I needed to have done and also finding tires that were still good but cheaper and had same quality. They were also pretty fast in terms of doing the repairs.

Unbelieveable!!! I read the reviews on this store before I started using this location as I have 2 shops near my house. My visit was to check air pressure on my tires I have been told no work order is needed for this yet 45 min later I’m still sitting in the lobby!!! I was told I was waiting on one person in front of me !!! I didn’t even need to pull into the bay!!! I could of been out in the 5 – 8 min it took to get me out after I brought it to their attention that I had been waiting!!! Terrible!!!

Great service especially by the manager, Nick!!! After an incident on the highway in the morning, I went to DTC for a new wheel. However, there was some damage to the hub and it needed to be replaced first. Nick went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle to a good mechanic. My husband and I were so pleased with his service, and so decided to order new tires & wheels for our other vehicle from this store. Thanks for making our day less stressful!

I had to replace the tires on two cars plus I got new wheels on my truck. They offered me a great deal and I jumped on it. I got everything I wanted and they made it all happen with store transfers and finding parts that other customers never picked up etc. Bottom line, David made it happen for me. I’ve bought many tires before from BMW/​Infiniti dealers direct and this experience blew them out of the water.
If you need a great deal and want it done right away this place will bend over backward to make you happy. Great Service!!!

This place is great. I could see them coming out of the store to greet me and I barely just pulled up. They’re quick and super easy to deal with. I only came here to get a patch (which is free!!!) But I’m definitely coming back to get new tires when needed. I’d definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The people that work here must really like their job because they were all extremely pleasant and welcoming. I had no idea when I pulled in here with a nail in my tire that they would fix it for free! I expected to pay something, especially since I’ve never been here before and did not purchase my tires from them. Amazing.

I love discount tire! Trust me, you will miss these places if you spend time up north /​in New England.
They are quick and courteous. I got some sweet ultra high performance tires price matched from
and with their great warranty, they’ve patched them for free a few times (Oh, Houston streets).
The good:
Fast service. Great warranty. Good tire selection. Consistent. Clean. You can see the work being done and intervene if you want :-)
Decent waiting areas where I can study or work. Locations have good managers and a knowledgeable person — find them and keep them!
The bad:
After going DOZENS of times to various locations, I’ve had a snag or two. A kid rotated my unidirectional yours once. Another time, they kept my valve caps, which I love. I had to go back and trade them for their crappy aluminum things. I never understood that practice. Keep my OEM hexagonal caps! All small issues in the big scheme of things, just be an educated consumer and you’ll be fine.
This location was really good for my simple tire repair.

I had a flat tire and got towed in at 5:59 on a Friday afternoon (a minute before they close). They patched up my tire for free and even reinflated my spare. Excellent customer service.

I do not usually leave reviews, but my experience at this location was so wonderful. Being a first time tire buyer and female, the guys were very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend this location to anyone!

This store used to be located on Bissonnet between Boone and Wilcrest but moved to this new location (next to super Walmart, on the Beltway 8 feeder road between Beechnut and Bissonnet) a few years ago.
Discount Tires has consistently been my place for all tire-​related needs for my car for the past 10 years. The prices have been reasonable and I make good use of their free tire rotation and balance. I always make sure to keep those warranty certificates in case something happens to my tires due to unexpected tire damages. But even if you’ve lost your paperwork, your information and service history can easily be looked up on their computer system.
The employees here are very friendly and informative. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and explain everything thoroughly. It’s best to come early on weekdays, as they can get pretty busy on the weekends. I’ve been to other locations, but the service at others is not as attentive and courteous as they are here.
