They need to take the «discount» out of their name as they try to push you to buy expensive tires for simple problems. I had a small nail in my tire that could’ve been fixed by a plug, but the tech insisted I buy a $ 110 tire because it was «unfixable». I said «no» and took it to an local tire shop near my house. It was fixed for free and only took 5 minutes.
Also, there was an instance where my tire blew out on a Sunday and they were CLOSED. Bad business. Go elsewhere for better service.

Beware of this store
I came in to have the tires replaced on my 2013 Chevy 3500 !!! Asking y… well my company buys me a new set of tires every year no matter how many miles I got on them 33k on these tires the inexperienced help scared up the aluminum wheels in 2 spots on 2 different wheels they done this by prying the tires off with a bar… took the truck back to them after I notice the scares … The manager said there is no way we done that even though there is rubber markings … (Ryan sperry). I have put in many calls to the main office in Houston even called corporate waiting on calls back now been 1 week
