Purchased new tires for my Cadillac DTS today from this location, my service representative Scotty answered all my questions regarding the best possible tires for my car. We compared three different brands and I feel I walked away with what best suited my needs. 42 minutes from start to end on a very busy Saturday. Good work in all aspects. Just wanted to give a big «SHOUT OUT» to this Discount Tire location. Our family has been buying tires for years from here and have been extremely satisfied with the professional staff, and the service they provide. On 8−17−15, I took a friends’ car that I was borrowing (while mine was in another repair shop) in for a low tire check. The tire could not be repaired, and I did not have the go ahead to buy a new tire from my friend. Instead of making me drive on the spare they replaced the tire with another one and told me to HAVE A NICE DAY!!! This is excellent customer service and why we keep returning to this great store… Jarrett Amador was very nice and we always leave the store with a good feeling.

Amazing tire service! Many many tire service in the area but this has to be the best. Mainly they are clean and organized with responsive customer service. Wait time after 4pm till closing (6pm) is hectic and long but you can witness them exhausting their manpower and resources to complete the demands.
As a mechanical engineer and over a decade experience working on cars, I witness them doing best practices while working like double torque the lugs in an opposition pattern and then circular pattern.
Only thing that would make them perfect is having alignment services. Otherwise no complains what so ever.

I am here on a busy Saturday and I am watching the team here literally define effective work communication and process efficiency. I purchased my tires last week, had them shipped in, walked in an hour ago, they were busy, and asked me to come back in 45 minutes… returned on time, walked in, and was greeted by an employee who then asked for my keys and now my car is on the lift. Everyone is pitching in to get the job done. These guys are knowledgeable, friendly and superiorly skilled. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Been going here for years, not only for new tires, but even road hazards. Had a few times I’ve gone in and the nail was too close to the sidewall, honored my certificate ($ 12 at the time of tire purchase).
Always ready to get tires on that day; one time they didn’t have any tires that fit my vehicle at their shop, they got me a full size tire I could use for the day and had the correct size shipped to their shop. Came in that evening and slapped the new ones on.
Absolutely LOVE the Yokohama’s that are only sold by Discount Tire (YK580), have a set on my minivan and they’re really quiet with great traction and treadlife.

Super nice staff! I went because one of my tires had a nail on it, and they fixed it at no cost. They were super nice, seriously everyone that was there, and got me in and out in less than 30 minutes! Def going back to get new tires there!

I bought a new set of Michellin tires for my car from this place about a week ago. They were great on the phone, said to come on in even if it was close to 6 PM. They finished all 4 tires in around an hour, with other people waiting. The tires are excellent. I offered to let Midas try and match their price, but with the rebate they were offering they couldn’t get close. Good, cheap tires, thats what I wanted.
Only two things I am critical of:
1. They try and push this tire warranty on you for like $ 5 or $ 10 a tire. That is total crap. What are the chances that a brand new tire will spontaneously tear itself in half, almost none, if you are buying a quality tire.
2. They don’t do alignments. You should have an alignment done when you get new tires and these guys should do them. Oh well, go to Midas.
