History

Established in 2011.

After working as an ICU nurse for many years, my back finally gave out. As a teen, I worked in a clothing boutique and loved every inch of the business. My daughter and I opened DiMpLeS in April 2011. It was my dream to own and operate a Unique and Upscale Children’s Boutique. My granddaughter turned 3 just after we opened and she is a popular greeter and well known to all of our patrons.

I am a mother of 3 and grandmother to 1 perfect granddaughter. I worked as a Critical Care Nurse in the ICU which was a great and rewarding career. In 2007, I injured my back for the second time and was told I could no longer be at the bedside. With that, I went to work for another Dr and spent 80+ hours/​week and was exhausted. By the time my granddaughter was born, I knew I needed a change in my life. I took of 18 months and spent that time reorganizing my life, all while, wanting to be able to spend as much time with my granddaughter as I could. My daughter was wanting to be a stay at home mom, so the world of DiMpLeS came to life. Here we are !! I have been a resident of the Heights for 7 years and I still live here with my husband, Tony and our rescue black lab, Princess.
