History

Established in 2003.

Denena & Points, PC is based in Houston, Texas. The firm was founded by shareholders Chad Points and Tony Denena in 2003. We are Board Certified personal injury litigators. We take an organized approach to each case and aim to resolve it within 12 months from the initial contact. To do this, we are aggressive in handling the cases and our office is highly efficient in the way we prosecute the case. We utilize cutting edge technology, proven management systems, and the experience of our attorneys and staff to move your case as efficiently as possible while maximizing the case result.

We employ a hands-​on approach. Our support staff does not handle the client’s case. The shareholders are personally involved with every aspect of the case from origination to conclusion. We are not a «settlement mill» law firm. If you are case has to be tried we will take it to trial. Our firm’s clients are our greatest asset and often refer family, friends, neighbors and others to our firm for help.

I learned the values of responsibility and a hard work ethic from a young age. Growing up in the small, north Texas town of Sherman, I worked to help support my mom and two younger brothers since the seventh grade. I know what it’s like when the deck is stacked against you, but I also know the value of pulling together — and the importance of getting a helping hand. My Mom continued to work hard and gave my two brothers and me a great upbringing. I worked hard, played football, studied as best I could, and had the greatest buddies a guy could ever have. But I always remembered the sting of being overpowered and that made me keep an eye out for the little guy and I had a soft spot for those who weren’t as fortunate as me. From day one of my career I have worked as a lawyer for people who have been unfairly victimized — good folks injured by unsafe products, by careless citizens and employers. Always have, always will.
