The only reason I am giving this one star is because Unilocal doesn’t let me give it zero. The customer service that we experienced from this company was terrible. We were told that our printer would be available the next day and that the ink nozzles just needed to be soaked over night to dissolve the clogs. However, when we called two days after dropping it off we were told that Malik hadn’t touched our printer yet and we needed to wait another day so that he could access what was wrong with our machine. After 5 days of waiting, the printer nozzles still had not been cleaned. We decided that it was better pick up the printer and take it somewhere else than to continue to wait with false hope.
