David Cohen – State Farm Insurance Agent

I have only ever been insured with State Farm and they have provided service that is above and beyond. I have been insured in a few different states dealing with all different types of claims. State Farm, the company as a whole is excellent although it may not be the most affordable.
With that being said, I have been very disappointed with the level of service I have received at this office. I chose this location because I noticed their building while I was driving home from the gym and figured that the level of service would be the same across the board as it was at previous locations (think Starbucks).
The people who answer the phones seem pushed, hurried, uninterested in your matters/​insurance needs and also do not seem to be able to answer some very basic questions about insurance/​cars/​DMV concerns that may affect insurance. I have also only spoken to Mr. Cohen once and that was after my second attempt to get in touch with him; if I were him I would make it a point to at least have a initial conversations with each of my clients to introduce myself and my office.
I would not recommend this office, however I would likely still recommend State Farm to a friend.
