Data Rush Couriers

My bag didn’t make a tight connection back to Houston with KLM and was sent into the morass that is Data Rush Couriers. Almost 20hours after my bag landed in IAH and not having received it or any word of its whereabouts, KLM told me that it was with Data Rush Couriers. DRC claimed they had tried to call me the day before to verify my address. Yeah, right. They couldn’t have tried that hard considering they also had my email address.
It was only after KLM called them that my 4 or 6 or 9 (it kept changing!) hour delivery window began! I’m going on 48 hours without clean clothes or anything else in my suitcase and my bag was nowhere near being assigned to a driver.
The problem with DRC was, if I had just waited and assumed that the system was working, I would have been waiting days longer for my bag! Rather, my bag just sat in their warehouse because they said they could not verify my address. Secondly, they said they were swamped over the July 4^th weekend. While I’m sure that was true, that was not my concern. Bag delivery was my concern.
The way this problem was rectified sooner rather than days later was I went and picked up my bag from their warehouse in person. If you have the time and a way to get there, you might want to do the same!

They delivered my luggage after Toronto Pearson airport/​Air Canada lost it on flight back home to Houston. Called me at 1:30 PM to confirm my address and said they’d be here in 2 – 3 hours. They delivered on time (around 4 PM) without any issues.

Late baggage was at the airport at 8:30 pm last night waiting for a pickup from delivery co.
Called this morning verifying delivery address at 9am. Was told bag would be delivered by 2pm. After 3 different calls and 3 different stories, now they say will deliver by 4:30. I have no faith in this company and will be filing a formal complaint with Delta airlines.

Looks like all negative reviews, but my experience was fine. I just got back from a trip on Delta airlines. I had to run through the terminal to catch a layover flight due to my first flight being delayed, but my bags unfortunately didn’t make it. They told me they would deliver on Sunday afternoon to my house (about an hour and a half away). Got a call about 4 asking if I’d be home between 5 and 630 to receive it and the guy dropped it off at 6. No complaints here.

Dealing with Data Rush Courier has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They delivered luggage that was sent to the wrong country, to a house that I no longer lived in, without acquiring a signature! The only reason I knew where it was, is because my former neighbor picked it up just in case. They have set 3 windows to come pick it up to get taken back to the airline and have yet to come… Luggage is still in the wrong country. I’ve talked to about 6 representatives, all of who were unhelpful. They have quoted the wrong address, yelled at me for not being patient (at midnight-​the window was to 11pm), and blamed everyone but themselves. I am shocked that United airlines would use such a service.
I have written 2 reviews in my life and felt the need to make it known this company has been a complete failure in this situation. I would avoid using their *lack of* services if at all possible.

Like other posts, I too have waited all day and still waiting. when I called at 5:30PM to find out where my luggage is I was told the following:
1) a drive had picked up my luggage over 4 hours ago (luggage sat for 7 hours waiting on a driver)
2) when dispatch talked to the driver all they found out was that he was out of town and they didn’t know where he was.
3) that I should understand that this driver has been working hard for 5 hours today
4) the driver will call me later when he is on the way to deliver my luggage (maybe like another post it will be the wee hours)
No real surprise here, this was a United flight problem and United Airlines has very little concern about customer service and it seems the contractors they use fall the same pattern.

I meant to do this earlier, but had problems logging in. After I posted a review based on a bad experience I had, Data Rush contacted me very concerned. They explained that this is a family business and that most of the staff had been away for a funeral when I was treated rudely over the phone. They apologized profusely. I am impressed that Data Rush took the trouble to address my concerns.
I will give them another try when the need arises.

Was told bag would be delivered by 9 PM and it still hasn’t arrived after midnight:30. Bad customer service. Here is a quote from one of the owners LinkedIn profile, «Data Rush Couriers exists to pick up and drop off whatever a business needs — fast. Was even told they were going to expedite my delivery after calling after the first cut off time of 9 PM.
To sum it up, after having to sit and wait all day for a delivery that could happen anytime before 9 PM, I still had to wait until the wee hours of the next day. They never once called me to give me an update. Had to call them every time.
