History

Established in 2002.

In August of 2002 we opened the doors to D. Miller & Associates, PLLC and we have never looked back. In the beginning it was just two lawyers and a few support staff. With diligence, hard work and zealous representation today we are a proud Firm with five (5) attorneys and more than thirty (30) support staff. Our professional goal was to build a respectable law firm that could be devoted to helping victims of injuries and accidents and today we are proud to say that we have been successful!

I received my Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University in 1992 after which I attended the University of St. Thomas where I received my Masters in Business Administration in 1993. I then went on to receive my Juris Doctor in 1997 from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law.

In 1998 I began a solo practice, D. A. Miller & Associates and in 2001 I became a named partner in the law firm of Matthews, Easley and Miller. After a short time but with great success, I left that firm to start a new Firm with one of our associates, Ryan B. Bormaster, and legal assistant Aurora Martinez. In August of 2002 we opened the doors to D. Miller & Associates, PLLC and we have never looked back.
