Won’t go back, been a few times and more often than not I’m leaving disappointed. I get there at off hours as not to be in the rush of people and feel like I’m shoveled through the process. In any event I try and be patient and give them time to work out kinks like straightening out the curve in the nail and polishing the whole nail. And I left with nails that were different lengths and different shapes and widths. It’s comical at this point. I am not one to be a stiff but I did not leave a tip this time and I’m not sorry. Hopefully others have a better experience but for me I’ll spend my $ 100 elsewhere next time.

Really cute little place. Everyone is polite and service oriented. Not pretentious or fancy. Great massage chairs and clean. I had a pedicure and a shellac mani. My mani was done by Linda and wow. She was a perfectionist and my nails look great. She didn’t hurt me once. She was so nice. Will be going back.

First few times I went here Tiffany did my nails and they were amazing! In my honest opinion, without Tiffany there right now it seems that this place has gone downhill. I didn’t catch the name of the girl who recently did my nails on my birthday(Tuesday the 29th of March), but my nails came out looking like my 4 year old did them! I got a full set plus a pedicure. They are sorta lumpy, crooked and just odd looking. The girl doing my nails looked upset the whole time like she was having a bad day and brought it to work with her. My first review of this place was 5 stars, now I have to give it a 2. Although the guy who did my pedicure did a fabulous job, so kuddos to him!

These ladies are definitely great at what they do as far as nails and toes. However I’m deducting a star simply because they don’t have the greatest customer service skills which is of great importance when you work with the general public. No one was very friendly even in the slightest sense. Unlike most shops I’ve visited they didn’t even offer a complementary beverage. Also you must speak up throughout the entire process on things you don’t like because they certainly will not ask you if you like something before moving on to another phase. I may give them one more try since I subtly mentioned my cons and see if anything changes. But upon my return if I don’t receive a warmer welcome I won’t be returning ever. I’m a weekly nail person and I don’t pay for so-so service.

Called during New Years Eve and they were able to fit me in with no wait. They are super nice and willing to work with whatever you want. They take their time and you don’t feel like you’re a walking piggy bank. Cindy did an awesome job in my nails giving me the exact shape from the picture I showed her. Linda was the one who helped me as soon as I walked in and helped translate to the others. I definitely recommend this place!

Been a regular client here for 2 years. Lovely ladies who take pride in their work. I have shellac manicure and basic pedicure. Never disappointed with the service or the durability of the polish. Salon recently taken over by new owners, fresh paint and chairs give it a new look. Hope the quality of service continues. Tiffany will be missed for sure.

This was definitely one of the worst mani/pedis I’ve ever had. The place is clean and they were able to get me in right away, but that’s the only nice thing I can say. My fingernails were filed at an angle so that one side is noticeably higher than the other. I declined the hard sell for shellac, since I don’t like what it does to my nails and the technician could NOT let it go. Seriously. Every five minutes she would tell me that my polish would chip the next day and that I was wasting my money. She was right. Two days later and the polish is nearly gone. That’s never happened before, which makes me think it was applied poorly on purpose so that next time(there is no next time, I assure you), I would shell out more $$ for shellac. My pedicure included a pitiful excuse for exfoliation and there’s dead skin hanging off the top of my big toes(gross, I know, but worth mentioning since that’s what we want removed with a pedicure, obviously). Encore nails on DA and Memorial is far better.

I just moved to the area and stopped in for a pedicure the day before Mother’s day.. The reviews were good, so I thought this would be a nice spot, ummmm not at all! This was the worst and fastest(very rushed) pedicure ever, and for $ 35 dollars it should have been the best. I’m not a confrontational person, but they knew I wasn’t happy, my expression and the fact I didn’t tip(and I always tip for serves) said it all. Myself and another customer(whose not a friend) talked about other spots in the area and how we would not be coming back here… The only good experience that came from this was I met friend in the area. This was not the spot for me, but on a better note I found Encore Nails 5 minutes away the next week and they did an awesome job!

***Not your typical fish market asian salon*** All the ladies were very professional and only whispered when they communicated with each other. I asked them why they were whispering and they said they wanted to respect the customers and let them relax. Well that’s the first! I called about 30 mins. before I walked-in to make an appointment for 11:30am on a Friday for a mani & pedi and was very happy that they could accomodate my lack of planning/notice, especially during peak hour(s). Tiffany, the owner immediately greeted me and was very nice and welcoming. I picked a color and was immediately escorted to the spa chair. I could tell the young girl who did my pedicure was a novice because I had to remind her to put the separator between my toes before it smeared. Even then, she only stuck a piece of cotton between a couple of my toes(tsk tsk). The color I picked is usually harder to paint(light/milky-pink) but you would imagine someone working at a nail salon shouldn’t have any problems. The lady who did my manicure seemed to have a hard time painting this color also. I paint my own nails all the time and immediately knew she screwed up when she painted the first layer with thick paint instead of thin. Colors like these should be painted with two thin layers and a third thick layer. At this point I was thinking to myself, «I could’ve done a better job myself» but Tiffany came to the rescue! She seems to be really OCD and you want a perfectionist to do your nails because she checked my mani & pedi after the girls were done and spent some time touching-up which I definitely appreciated. Some people work just to get the job done and pay bills while others are happy and are passionate about their work. The difference is obvious in their attitude while completing the task and the outcome. The next time I treat myself to another mani & pedi, I will come here and only ask for Tiffany.

I went here after reading the reviews and it’s within proximity of where I live. Tiffany did my nails and she was amazing !!! I am very picky about how I like my nails — she did above and beyond — I recommend this place to anyone — it’s clean and staff is friendly!

I started going to D&T Nails about two years ago after being treated badly at another area salon. Tiffany(the owner) spent considerable time assessing my needs and gave me «pink & white» artificial nails. I had no idea my nails could look this good! Tiffany is a perfectionist and will not let you walk out of her salon looking less than great. I also recommend Lilly for her wonderful, relaxing pedicure. After a long day teaching elementary school, I like to spend an extra 10 dollars for the hot rocks massage to top off a sumptuous pedicure. Even if my day was a really tough one, Lilly can make me forget about it all and RELAX! D&T gets it right every time. Call me a VERY satisfied customer.

Never go here! I came for a pedicure and their chair had an OPEN fan and cut my toe and split my nail in half. The ladies acted like it was my fault. Now I have a split toe nail and a cut toe. Take your business elsewhere!!!

I had a great experience here for my manicure. Tiffany really knows what she’s doing. It’s a few dollars more expensive than my normal spot(not more than $ 5 more for the services), but it was well worth the professionalism.
