Very Bad Food! I hate to leave a review like this but almost everything in the buffet was cold, tasteless and stale and old. I’m sorry but a place like this shouldn’t be kept open. I feel sorry for the guys that work here. They seem so polite and nice but the food is horrendous. I wish I could leave a better review but its not even worth paying a dollar, let alone twelve. I hope they change their ways.

The worst food I have experienced in whole Houston. Just been there for dinner. Goat meat was awfully raw and smelly. Veg were better compared to that, but the freshness of every item is questionable. Food wasn’t warm. Saddest part is; even after informing about bad food, there weren’t any apologies. No wonder that we were the only ones dining.

I have to agree with the one and only previous review. This is not a place to go even if you have a great craving for Indian food. This place is really just a bad reincarnation of Jyoti Sweets which was the previous tenant and was also pretty bad. I went on Saturday for the
$ 10.99 lunch buffet clutching my $ 3 off with a drink coupon. Luckily I asked to check out the buffet offerings before sitting down. Vegetable dishes are very limited. In fact most of them were some variation of soupy dal. Four meat dishes were available — three were chicken and one was a goat curry. All of the dishes had one thing in common — they all looked like an authentic representation of the Exxon Valdez oil spill. Oil was floating everywhere making all dishes look very unappetizing. I must admit that luckily they did forget to pour the oil over the Tandoori Chicken. I turned and left as several employees rushed after me offering free nan. What a great reason to stay since most all Indian buffets offer free nan anyway. I saved at least $ 10 and went home and opened a can of tuna in oil which had considerably less oil than the dishes at this place. I guess I should mention that one brave soul was actually there and eating this stuff. I wish that person well for any distress that may have occurred later in the day.

Been there for dinner last night. First of all, the place is a spot in the dark. Not well lit at all. The ambience can be better. They had buffet for dinner which is horrible by every item. Heavy oil in all of them. The deserts were little better. Overall not a place I wanna go back.
