Crawfish On the Run

There’s no indoor seating this is a walk up window only. With that said the crawfish are pretty good fair size medium crawfish pretty good spiced not too hot but still enough enough to make your lips tingle I had a bag of 7 pounds boiled and three corn on the cob to go however they forgot to put the corn on the cob in the bag and I was too far away to return to get it so recommend you check your bags before you leave.

Great tasting crawfish for a good price. The crawfish were good sized and not over spiced or overcooked.

The crawfish was seasoned perfectly and the sides were equally delicious. It was a great experience and everyone commented on how delicious the food was. In addition, the crawfish were huge! What a satisfying experience. The men were so happy after this meal!

I have been to the Dam Ice house several times before. This was the first I’ve been there and Crawfish on the Run was there as well. We actually went because we knew they were there already. Crawfish was really good and the service was great. They add on plenty of extras like potatoes, sausage and corn with every two pounds you get. The owner was super nice and extra attentive to what we needed. Crawfish price was in line with market price. I like the fact they are there now on the weekends. I enjoy the fact they will be there now on the weekends, because this welcomes families and kids, instead of just bikers. As a biker with a wife and a little one, I can now come here and not feel bad that I have to leave them home, they can come with me now and enjoy the fun just as well!

Really good seasoning !! Can’t stress that enough. A lot of places I’ve been seasoning is ok. Seasoning was perfect ! Really good size crawfish and they are only getting bigger. Extremely nice staff and pretty attentive. Love it when I go somewhere and they don’t just forget about me. Lol definitely telling people about this place while they still them in season.

Now I’m a huge fan of crawfish and I’ve eaten them at just about every seafood shop in west Houston, but I have never had crawfish that were spiced as good as they were at «Crawfish On The Run» !! The size is right, the price is affordable, the location is great, and the service is fantastic! Compliments to the chefs and if you are a fan of crawfish, then I highly, highly recommend you eat at «Crawfish On The Run» located directly behind «The Dam Icehouse»!! Be sure and start off with a cup of their seafood gumbo which is homemade from scratch!

Amazing crawfish! Absolutely loved it’ if your lips are burning and your nose is running then its made just right! Definitely will be coming back!
