History
Established in 2001.
Crawfish and Beignets started out in Hong Kong 4 City Mall in 2001 with a menu of fried seafood, gumbo, etoufee, and boiled crawfish. As our popularity grew and the volume of crawfish sales grew, we ran out of cooking space and decided to stop selling everything except crawfish. However, we absolutely planned on bringing everything back and the chance finally came when we opened a second location in the Dun Huang plaza.
