Cranbrook Downs is a pet friendly community located in North Houston, TX giving you easy access to BW 8, IH45 & Hwy 59. History

Established in 1983.

We purchased the community in the latter part of 2010. We are proud to say that the property is locally owned and managed. The new owners rehabbed the property and has since invested a lot of time and money into turning the community a place our residents love to call home.
