Chef Terron Henry, a native of Jamaica, has been designing menus for special events for ten to ten thousand in Jamaica and the U.S. for more than 15 years. His background working at The Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, and Marriott hotels ensures a five star experience for our restaurant guests and our catering customers.
