Collision Plus II

Excellent customer service. Top-​notch quality work. My beautiful Cadillac ATS 3.6 Premium returned to its gorgeous condition after a hit & run thanks to Collision Plus II team. They worked with my insurance to fix properly above and beyond standard. Nick Patel, the manager was meticulous in explaining the damage and the process. He gave excellent advices too. Without insurance, the pricing is a bit stiff but you truly get what you paid for! The shop looks clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

On the recommendation of a friend, I brought my vehicle to Collision Plus II. I was warmly greeted in an exceptionally clean lobby/​waiting room.
They use a computer program to write their estimates, so the process only took a few minutes. I was quoted $ 710 to replace the rear bumper on my wife’s jeep and was told it would be a one/​two day repair depending on when the part was delivered.
A day later, the car was ready. And the estimate was revised to $ 620! The bumper was less expensive than they anticipated. So, now we have a clean, courteous, honest shop that got the job done on time and beautifully repaired. They even buffed out a few scratches on a door as a courtesy.
Icing on the cake? Nick, the owner, comes out to thank you for your business

We have lived in Houston for over 7 years and have had to deal with several repair shops over that time.
In June, my Tahoe sustained damage to the front end. While I did obtain two quotes, I went with CPII as my submittal to the insurance company. I have not been more pleased with the quality of the workmanship or the responsiveness of the staff. Nick and his team will go above and beyond to make sure every last detail is taken care of. I could not be happier and will gladly use them in the future.

I took my WRX in after doing a pretty good job scrapping the bottom of the bumper driving down Houston’s horrible roads. The damage was about 2×2 inches wide, and a few millimeters deep. It was very noticeable. I shopped around for a few body shops around work, and was about to take my car over to a competitor until I found out about this second location. (Background: I’ve previously had work done at their main location off Bellaire, and was very impressed.) Their price was average, but a little more than what others quoted, but I trusted their work. Nick, the boss who runs this shop was upfront about the work that needed to be done, and squeezed me into their busy schedule. The job was outstanding, and I am very impressed with the results. Nick even took the time to pour me a cup of coffee and gave me advice on how to keep the car looking new. I’d recommend this place to anyone who needs body work done to their car.
