Collision King

I was forced to sign a paper with no important information given to me at the moment when I had my car accident, the time when I am the most vulnerable. The toll guy mentioned that the tolls and everything was free, and I believed him thinking that he was doing a good deed (he drove to me out of no where. I did not call for him. Maybe the cops or the girl who drove into my car did. Who knows and who cares right now).
TWO information he left out when I signed:
1. «Free.» But nothing is free. Well, it’s only free if you let them fix your car and your insurance will pay everything for you. But it’s better if you let your familiar auto shop fix your car instead, because they can possibly help you get a discount. Anyway, HE SHOULD NOT HAVE MENTIONED FREE.
2. He never mentioned that my car would be charged everyday if I leave it at the storage. Good thing that I left it for only one day. It’s $ 320.75 everyday by the way. They tried to force me to leave my car there for another day!
The point is, don’t let anyone toll your car. Call someone who is trust worthy first!!! Let them know what happened and get their opinion on what to do. Don’t take actions immediately like a big boss. Get help from trustful people BEFORE SIGNING anything!
Even tickets! Make sure you tell your story AND the other person’s side of the story to the police. Don’t let the other person stay quiet. Make them talk. They’re trying to act innocent. Because the cops would most likely give a ticket to the person who talks a lot, trying to explain (you…).
Okay, and the bitches at the counter. Blonde and black hair. The blonde was rude, tone was loud, rolled her eyes, crazy hand movements when she talks. She looked like she wanted to curse at others. The black hair girl always scoffs and roll her eyes when I speak. Rude rude rude bitches. They need to re train these people. But the bosses or leaders there were really nice enough to listen to me. The counter table should STOP butting in when I’m talking to them.
Guys be careful. This place makes you pay like crazy

Shady! My wife had an accident and car was towed here. We had to come and sign paperwork to release the car to our preferred auto shop, suggested by our insurance. Wife gets there, she knows nothing about cars, is told that her car is not there. Takes a while to find the car cause they didn’t write the correct make and model on their paperwork. She then deals with a pushy salesman that convinces her to release the car to them so they can fix. They also tell her that if she still decides to send to other shop that it will be no problem. Upon coming home we decide not to use collision king and tell them we want it sent to other shop. We are then told we have to go back up and sign another form! It’s 40mins one way from our house! We get there and deal with another pushy salesman trying to get us to keep the car there! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Trying to rip you or your insurance company off! VERY SHADY!

I had an accident amonth ago and I was recommended by a friend that they can get the job done… and which they did… my car is like brand new in the front due to the damages tht I had. Even though it took them acouple of weeks and the confusion between me, them and the insurance company but they managed to get the job done… Allen and Alex did agreat job. Yeah, we had our ups and downs but they tried sooo hard to keep me calm and let me leave with a smile on my face… I will use them in the future for any of my repairs and I will recommend them to others…

I received a call from the owner, Alex, and he offered to try and give him another chance. I completely appreciate the offer of getting a couple of things straightened out. I trust he has good intentions and works very hard. Sometimes, that needs to show through the rest of the employees at the business as everyone represents it.

Just brought my ’12 Audi to this shop because someone scraped the passenger side of my car and I was referred to these guys. They matched the paint color perfectly (deep blue) and detailed the car. Nice guys too. It felt so good to have it back and in better condition throughout!

Shady, shady, shady business practices. Think twice before trusting them with your car. I was in an accident and the tow truck took my car to this place. Within an hour Collision King was calling me asking what time I could stop by to get the repair process started. I wanted to sort everything out with the insurance company first and knew I wanted to take my car to the dealership. I finally went about a week and a half later and they were nice but very pushy, telling me that if I got my car repaired there they would reduce or waive my deductible. I’m automatically turned off when places are this pushy and should have just told them that I was going to take my car to the dealership but they told me that to stop the daily storage fee (which at that point I didn’t know if I would have to pay myself) and «start» the process, I needed to sign a couple of forms. Never was I told that the forms were authorizing my car to be repaired there (my mistake, I shouldn’t have listened to my gut and read EVERY word on that form!) When I finally sorted everything out with the insurance company and told them I had decided to take my car to the dealership they said they’d already ordered the parts and there would be restocking fees (even though they hadn’t received the parts yet). I finally got my car out of there but the dealership had to write them a check for over $ 1,800 in storage and other fees which included a $ 500 fee for moving the car from the storage lot to the body shop which is on the same property (and makes the whole reason for signing the form obsolete)! Simply ridiculous! The dealership told me that they probably made more money from storing the car there for 2 weeks than what they were going to make in repairing it. Furthermore, my insurance adjuster told me they moved the car with a forklift which may have caused additional structural damage to the bottom of the vehicle. When mg car finally reached the dealership where I had decided to get the repairs they deemed the car a total loss saying that they couldn’t repair it due to safety issues from structural damage to the left side. If I’d decided to get my car repaired here I would have been driving an unsafe car! It makes me mad that these type of businesses can do this and get away with it. Also, they say they will give you a lifetime guarantee on the repair but why not just go to the dealership and get the guarantee from a place you know is going to be around for a long time and can honor it? I’m just saying, be very careful of this place and don’t let them deceive you!

I regret agreeing to have our vehicle towed here after an accident. Great «salesmanship» beforehand, tow driver recommendation, shop owner/​manager talked to me by phone at scene of accident. After that it was all downhill. Was told 2 – 3 weeks to complete. I had to keep calling them, not one single time did they call me. While I pay for a rental car, and now its a month later. Vehicle promised at 8 am today, I arrive (60 miles one way) and told it will be finished in 15 minutes. Unfortunately this us not the first accident and I should have gone with my gut and had it towed where it was fixed before. Yes, they waived the deductible, but I had to psy for an extra week of rental. That’s a wash. They act like they are doing ME a favor. I understand delays, what I don’t understand is why they cannot pick up a phone and communicate with a customer.

My experience with Collision King has been way above average. First off, let me say that the work they do is excellent. Alan and Alex have gone the extra mile for me. They have set the bar very very high for auto mechanics. My highest recommendation.
