History
Established in 1964.
The church began with a vision by the Texas Annual Conference in 1964. Reverend John Fellers was charged with building a fellowship of Methodists doing God’s work in the rapidly growing Clear Lake area. The charter members has a vision and they watched their vision grow as they signed the Charter of the Congregation on December 6, 1964. As both the community and the congregation grew, Clear Lake United Methodist church opened the doors of its first building in March 1965.
