This facility duals as a physical therapy clinic and medical clinic. Use the first parking lot entry to access parking. If you pass the facility you will pass the parking. I came two days before today’s visit(Saturday) and was told the nurse left early. My tip is to get here early Saturday if you want to be seen otherwise you wasting your time. My trip today I found out there is only one nurse so if you come at lunch(like I did) you will be waiting an hour. Walking in today, I was the only person in the lobby. I made lots of noise coming in with a toddler but apparently the staff is good at blocking you out. Two staff members were huddled around a desk talking and barely raised a head. When one of made it to the window I told her my reason for visit and handed her my work order form. She in turn said the sole nurse was at lunch and come back in an hour. I preferred the waiting option and was given a form to complete. The form was straight forward quick and easy. After the hour passed the nurse called me to complete my test for preemploy screening. I noticed no one here offered a smile except one person but that was after making eye contact throughout the hour she randomly smiled when I turned in my form. The random smile caught me completely off guard and I may have looked like a deer in headlights(shocked) as my reply otherwise I would have smiled back. Walking with the nurse I asked ‘does anyone smile in the office’? Her reply was she has had a long day so I assume that was everyone else’s problem too. The screening was very quick(after the hour wait in lobby) and easy. I will definitely visit another location is I ever need to get another screening.
