I really like banking at this location. The inside is very large, with at least 6 personal bankers available to assist you. This location is never crowded, even though it’s located in an office building with 30 floors and thousands of business professionals working daily. If you should encounter a wait on one of those rare occasions, there is plenty of seating in the lobby. A personal banker will come out to the lobby, and call your name. I’ve banked with Chase for years, and I have my business and personal accounts here. The service has always been friendly and professional. One thing to be aware of, Chase now requires identification for all cash deposits. Just a small tip for those who may work in the building.
This location has an attached parking garage. There is a fee, but the first 15 minutes are free. If you are visiting one of the businesses in the building, they may be able to validate your parking ticket for you, so be sure to ask. If you are coming to the building for banking only, you should be able to get in and out within 15 minutes.
Overall, my experience at this location has been the best of all. Stellar customer service is what I’ve always received, and I am more than happy to continue banking here.
