Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Charles W. Ligon studied at Texas A&M University and graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1964. He served in the US ARMY and stationed in Germany for two years. Mr. Ligon worked on his internship, with two prominent Architectural firms in Houston-​Golemon/​Rolfe and Neuhaus/​Taylor. After passing his National Council of Architectural Registration exam, Mr. Charles Ligon opened his own practice. Mr. Ligon is a Registered Architect and specializes in creative new homes, enjoys renovations especially classic restoration. He has designed homes in Houston and surrounding areas.

Mr. Ligon was influenced by prominent Houston Architects Birdshall Briscoe, John F. Staub., and New York Architect H.T. Lindeberg.

He volunteered the firm to a restoration committee in Comanche Texas, his native town, to enhance and protect existing buildings.
