These guys are great! Very helpful since I’ve switched to simple mobile a few months ago. Patient with me and all my questions :) I’ve never felt tricked or pressured into buying any extra services each time I come to re-​up my plan. They’re very honest and to the point with advising you on what you may need to make your device work better! They have excellent customer service and seem to genuinely care about the satisfaction of their customers. I Would definitely recommend anyone to come here! :)

Zero– star rating. Came here after responding to a craigslist post about a used, mint condition, laptop. They showed us the Alienware laptop that we were interested in. Everything checked out and we wanted to buy it. Then the guy said that he’s going to the back to get us one. We said Ummm… no. We want this one since everything checks out. They would not let us take that one nor did they let us check out the one they wanted to give instead– when buying something that’s used, you test the one you are buying to make sure everything is working properly, it’s just common sense.– This place is just very shady. Would never do business with them.

If I could give negative stars I would. I took my phone to cell spa about two weeks ago for them to replace my screen. I had dropped the phone. They replace the screen for about half of what a reputable shop wants. Within a day I began to have trouble with it not responding to me dialing. Within a few days the screen seemed loose and was wiggling. Today (two weeks later) the screen separated even more and the phone was unusable. It was dialing and trying to text without me touching it. The touch screen was non responsive. When I took it to a reputable shop they took it apart and found A CELL SPA business card in the phone!!! The shop had put their card in the phone behind the glass!!!
Beware!!! Horrible work! You will be paying to replace the glass again! I shutter to think if I had trusted this place to a real repair!

Piece of shit. Had my phone repaired, I wanted a pink housing put in a white one, come to find out they took my original battery out and who knows what type they replaced it with. They did not even return all the screws! Never and warn everyone else, crooked people do not come here ever!!!

Horrible place. Wish I could give them no stars. My husband took his father’s galaxy s5 after dropping it and cracking the screen. Found this place on groupon and actually called before buying the groupon and they gave the same price of $ 70 so there was no point of buying it. Once we got there the price went up they stated the flex cable was also damaged and when we were ready to walk out the price somehow dropped once again but we ended up paying $ 80. Fast forward to the next day the screen has no crack but the touch screen began to not function properly, kept freezing and was not being responsive to touch, etc. Went back to this place to be told that it was explained to us already that the screen would be replaced and not the LCD giving the phone a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance of it actually working. We were given the option to pay more to fix the LCD which was crap because THAT WAS NEVER EXPLAINED. This place is looking to take your money and give shitty service ! Stay away !

Tony who works at this place is a crook, he basically stoled money from my daughter when she bought her phone here. He then gave her a charger that did not work, and was rude and took no responsibility for selling junk he passed off as Apple. This place is a rip off, with bad service

I use to like this place but coming back again after a whole year. I realized they are hustler. How are you going to charge me $ 15 to open up my phone so I could get my sim card and they close that shit back up. I really wanted to break hell! Never ever ever coming back but the workers are nice though lol

Bottom line: They did fix my screen, but mislead me about the cost and broke my LED light in the process.
Horrible customer service and horrible atmosphere. When we walked in there were people sleeping and loudly snoring on the couches and on the floor.
I cracked the screen on my Galaxy S4, so I checked Groupon. I found a deal that said $ 60 for an S4 screen replacement, so I called before I purchased it and asked them if the Groupon would cover the entire repair, or if there would be an extra charge. The guy said yes, it would cover the whole repair and to ask for Johnny when I got there.
Well, when I got there later that week, I showed Johnny my Groupon and told him that we had spoken on the phone. He took my phone and said it would be ready in 3 hours. I live 45 minutes from the store, so I left my phone in the store and they said they would call me on a different number when it was ready to pick up.
My boyfriend went to pick my phone up as the store was closing (they had never called us to let us know it was done). They told him that some sensor had been damaged too, so they had replaced that along with the screen and it would cost an extra $ 30. They did not call to let me know that they would be replacing parts or even tell me that there was the potential for additional charges. I had specifically been told by Johnny that the Groupon would cover the entire replacement. By this time, the store was closing and they would be closed the next day (Monday), so he just paid the extra $ 30 and got out of there. Immediately after getting my phone back, I realized that the LED was no longer working properly. The red light that should be lit when the phone is charging never comes on.

dont come to this place. i came to have my iphone screen repaired and they did such a poor job on my phone. i cant even use it now anymore. the touch screen doesnt work, and the guy told me if i pay some extra he would get the best glass product for me and im sure he didnt do anything. im so mad when i type this review, i never have written any bad review for any business, this is the first time that i have made myself sit down to do this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE PLEASE
