At Catalyst, we are here to help people reach their goals and facilitate the change they want to see in their life. We make it our priority to listen to the desires of our clients and design a path that will get them where they want to be. Whether that goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, or just keep up with the grandkids, every dream is uniquely motivated and deserves individual attention.
At Catalyst, all of our trainers are experts at what they do. We bring in trainers from many different backgrounds including wrestling, boxing, parkour, dance, pilates, and yoga. We believe this is what makes our training personal. Our trainers aren’t putting together plans from a textbook, they are using their experience and first hand knowledge of what works and what doesn’t to help you. Business Owner
I believe that our bodies are meant to be extensions of ourselves. There are so many voices out there in the news and online that say our body is a beast that must be tamed and brought to submission but this isn’t true or healthy. I come from a background in wrestling and freerunning where I used my body to explore and define who I was as a person. I fought adversity and conquered challenges physically that made me who I am mentally and emotionally. I became a trainer to help people find themselves the way I continue to find myself everyday, through physical growth and expression.
I’ve been involved in fitness for ten years and professionally training others for three. Everyday I make it my goal to better myself and grow as a trainer just as I ask my clients to better themselves and move toward their goals every day.
