Stunning showroom, superb selection and absolutely wonderful sales people. Everyone is professional, helpful and not pushy in the way some places can be. Even their coffee is not too bad.
It is tucked just inside the beltway off 290, which is not necessarily handy but not enough to cost a star, in a custom built, stand alone building with plenty of parking.
I was just there for carpet, but they carry a dizzying range of floor coverings, each with its expert sales person.
Why two stars then?
Only because the price for exactly the same carpet elsewhere was 50% of that which Carpet Texas tried to charge me.
I know it was the same carpet, because my other source called me back to say there was a hold on it at the warehouse.
Two sales organizations buying from the same wholesaler and one twice the price of the other, which would you give two stars?
