The lady who gave us our order by far had the worst customer service skills. We went through drive through, I know they take a while to prepare the order it was a pretty big order but basic. Two kids meals, two 4 $ deal, and one combo. Now here is when the lady at drive through ticked me off #1 Her attitude was just plain rude #2 When we asked for ketchup she asked how many, we of course said a handful. Then with an attitude she said«I need a specific number» my husband said 15. She barely gave us at the most 8!!! #3 she only handed us the drinks, the burgers, and kids meal. We didn’t drive away assuming they were making fresh fries. WRONG! My husband had to tell her we were waiting on fries, we got cold fries! Yeah I rather go to McDonald’s or burger king after this visit. Im not picky when it comes to fast food but come on people you have to at least have great or at the least okay customer service skills if you work at a fast food restaurant.

When I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. They took my order and brought my food out to me, hot and fresh — before I even had the chance to choose my seat. The restaurant was clean and bright. While I was eating, they were scurrying around cleaning up after the customers. They took my tray to clear my table immediately after I finished my meal. I’m still sitting here, writing this review. I want more people to give Carl’s a chance. It’s a busy location, but if you’re grabbing lunch, they are the best place to go. Food quality is as good as other restaurant chains, but at better prices.

The food isn’t up to par, my husband and I purchased two chicken sandwiches and fries. The chicken didn’t taste nor have consistency as chicken should, it reminded me of fish. As we picked our sandwiches up to eat them, they were so slimy with condiments everything fell on me. The fries we were given with a meal were kid sized fries that you would get in a happy meal from Mcdonalds. The women who was at the window seemed like she had a attitude all she said was«um Hey you ordered» and that came after waiting 10 minutes for her to get off the speaker and open the window. We got a orange juice for our daughter and it wasn’t in a fridge because we seen the other girl put some in the fridge as we sat 10 more minutes for food.

I had low expectations for this place to begin with, because from the moment I walk in I see sanitation isnt this place’s strong point. As a matter of fact, I don’t think any aspect of this place was their strong point. The employees were unfriendly and slow and when it comes to the food I found it to be dry and overpriced, not to mention the eternal wait to get your food! This was my first visit to this place and definitely my last.

Disgusting! Wanted to check out the El Diablo Burger! How about a dry cheese burger with 3 stale jalapeño poppers, with a handful of jalapenos! Besides the nasty food, customer service was fine.

What a disappointment! For weeks on end I kept seeing commercials for their new product, The Redhook Beer Battered Cod Fish Sandwich, and I was so looking forward to trying it. In the commercial the sandwich looks humongous and with such freshness that you want to reach into the TV for it, but when I got home and unwrapped my sandwich, it was so puny in size! The fish patty did not ooze over the edges of the bun as advertised. On top of that they completely messed up on my better half’s order — he wanted a 1⁄3 Low Carb Thickburger which is wrapped in iceberg lettuce but alas it came with BUNS! I was specific in my order and told the girl LETTUCE not buns. Needless to say we will not be going back and will wait it out for an In-N-Out to come to town.

I would not recommend coming to eat here, especially if a manager named Tiffany is working. Very unpleasant visit. She was loud, rude, unprofessional, and talking down to an employee. Customers were leaving even an old man that already paid for his food. Don’t come here.

Fast Food Dining is not my cup of tea BUT i do enjoy 3 amazing items off the carls jr’s menu that keeps me coming back! There sweet potato fries, fish sandwich and there breakfast biscuits. The service has always been great, only negative is the prices there a little higher for a fast food place. Regardless i would say give them a try! :)

Best fast food burger! Takes a while but the food is worth the wait. I love the teriyaki turkey burger.

the low carb buger was ok. It was wrapped in lettuce and full of meaty juicy goodness.

How someone could compare a Whataburger fried burger the size of a slice of salami to a thick and juicy flame broiled Carl’s Jr. Burger is beyond me. I understand the service issues… it’s because the place is always packed!!! I go there for the burger, end of story.

Very slow service at drive thru and order is almost always wrong. Go inside and it doesn’t get any better. People behind the counter usually talking among themselves and make you wait until they’re good and ready. Actually had one girl there make me wait to order until she finished her text message.

This is the only Carl’s I have ever been to, to where I was completely dissatisfied with EVERYTHING! I have been to 4 locations more than once. I, along with several other cars of people, had to wait 15 – 20 minutes just to place our orders in the drive thru line. I wish I would have been able to back up and get out the line. Then, it took another 10 minutes to go through the line and get my food. Don’t waist your time coming here.

First off… customer service here sucks! It took 15 minutes waiting in line to place an order for me and my son. The staff… or should I say… the children behind the counter… looked totally confused, were inept, and had a «don’t give a s**t» attitude. I could understand their confusion is a nuclear missile was coming in and all the buttons and screens they were looking at and punching was supposed to shoot it down… but come on… these are burgers they’re taking orders for. Once we finally got our order… the food was lack luster, bland and just plain put together without care. This place sucks… bad. Stay away. You have been warned.

Yes, they’ll serve you a burger for breakfast. Willingly with a smile, even. Iced tea with lemons too. When I stopped at this Carl’s this morning, I experienced good service and a darned good burger. Unlike some of my previous Carl’s experiences at other locations, there was a manager on site making sure that things went right. I’m definitely marking this as a go-to, especially with its location.

They finally opened the Carl’s near my home and I finally was able to try more of their menu items. Of course, it doesn’t come close to my beloved Whataburger, but I must say, I’m really glad that we have another option of fast food in the area besides MCD, BK and Chik fila. The burgers are fairly good, but as Larry pointed out, they are not much different than any other FF burgers. The waffle fries are excellent. I have yet to try all of the items that look like they may be good. Who knows, once I do try them, I may end up loving this place more than What a burger. Never mind, that’s not happening. One positive is that the staff is friendly and the restaurant seems to be kept clean.

Pretty good. My husband, 3 year old and myself ate here on a friday night. Eager to eat here since I’ve heard a lot about it over the years, we were happy to see one finally moved in close to home. I got the Memphis bbq burger it has brisket and onion straws on it. Pretty tasty! Sauce was great, burger was cooked well. Over all pretty good! Husband ordered the western burger, although the bacon was disappointing the over all burger was very good. Kids meal was perfect for our little man. Fries were crispy and they had a lot of drink options(besides the normal coke, sprite and lemonade etc). The staff was WONDERFUL! There were at least 2 people walking around at all times asking if people needed anything and helping clean up. Very friendly! The food also came out quickly considering it was 7 pm on a Friday night! I would recommend this place, and will be going back!

I am a bit at cross-words concerning this review… C an’t tell much difference from other FF burgers. A ll staff are friendly, fast and competent R egular Western burger similar to the one at the ‘audio’ FF place L ess char-grill flavor than the place with a royalty in its name. S liced bacon is very thin and limp. J uicy? Not to my definition. R eally good French Fries, perhaps too salty.
