I visited Car Snappy last week. I was really impressed with the customer service as well as the quote. They gave a thorough explanation of why they offered what they did and it was quick and easy. I did end up selling my car to them and I was really happy with what they gave me for it compared to what dealerships were trying to give to me. Sheri & Joe were the best. I had been trying to sell my car all summer since I was off from work. I had tons of calls yet no serious offers. I then started looking at places like carmax and others. All of the ones that I had checked with responded back with extremely low quotes for my car. I then came across Car Snappy online. I called them and then visited them in the same day so they could appraise my vehicle. I was very impressed with the quote that was given and was MUCH higher than the other offers that were being entertained. Nick and his team did everything they could and went out of their way to make me a satisfied customer! I didnt get that level of customer service anywhere else that I had went to.
