I’m not going to say the whole experience was terrible… The outcome of my nails did look really nice! But, unfortunately, my nail tech was very rough with my finger nails. I had a full set put on with shellac (s/​p?). She was very aggressively tucking my natural nail bed to fit the acrylic. After it was all said and done, like I said, they looked nice, until about two days later when I noticed an intense itching and burning under my ring finger on my right hand. I pulled the fake nail off, only to find puss and swelling. I was able to get rid of the infection that started on my own at first, only to have it come back a week later. I’ve now had a staph infection under my nail bed for about a month, even on antibiotics. I would like to point out that out of the 6 years that I’ve been getting acrylic nails put on, I’ve never gotten an infection until going to this salon.

I enjoy going to this salon as my primary choice. The location is great and the employees are always extremely nice and accommodating. They allow walk ins which is what I primarily do. There is hardly ever a wait (unless extremely busy on a weekend). I was first introduced to the powder for your nails here and have been hooked ever since. Keeps them natural looking with no chipping and breaking– a huge plus for my weak nails! They are a must try if you’re in the area.

They always do a great job and reasonably priced. I’ve been going there for awhile now and have brought them many friends who now are regulars. The ladies are super nice and always remember you.

Susan did a great job on my mani. The reason that I gave only two star is Helen. She asked me to do hot wax did not tell me there is 25 dollar extra charge. Or maybe she said in a too small voice that I did not catch. She insisted that she told me so but I had no idea. So I was about to do a basic pedi+ mani and ended up paying 70 for their endless selling.

I had high hopes for this place, but I ended up getting a mani and pedi. The shellac mani came out great (different nail person), but my pedicure was not so great. My nail person was pushing back my cuticles and she did it so hard that I ended up BLEEDING. I have had 50+ pedicures in my life and have never had a nail person make me bleed from pushing back my cuticles. She had to put a bunch of different antibiotics and ointments on it and after about 30 mins it stopped bleeding. She was apologetic about it.
It is the next day and it still hurts. My skin looks like it was cut between my nail and my toe nail. Sad. :(

These girls are so sweet, I ADORE them! I’m someone who always likes to do different things with my nails and they always listen to exactly what I want and how I want it. They are accommodating, fun and do beautiful work. The salon is always clean and they have gorgeous, unique colors. With all that said, the thing that really separates them from all of the other nail salons is how amazing each technician is. Typically, you go into a nail salon and you only care for the manager/​owner or a particular person. Here, I love everybody and they each put such care into every aspect. They are well worth the drive into the Galleria!

This is my go to nail shop, it’s clean, they’re nice and give good service! I love the nail technician Susan! She is such a sweetheart, she does my nails fabulous! I recommend you get the pearl spa pedicure ($ 50 is worth it trust me), thank me later !

Attention all ladies & gentlemen of Houston Texas, C Nails is the place for relaxation!!! When you walk in you’re greeted by several smiling faces. My mother and I walked in for pedicures & manicures and where seated right away. The lovely ladies (Susan, Helen and Cindy) at this nail salon treated us like royalty. I highly recommend the rose herbal pedicure treatment. It leaves your skin soft, smooth and smelling amazing! These ladies’ foot/​leg, shoulder and face/​neck massages are ecstasy! You’ll never want it to stop. Their attention to detail is spot on. If you’re in the Houston area the C Nails salon is a definite place for some much needed pampering.

Friendly staff. My girlfriend name conversation with a few of the employees. They were all super nice to her. Vietnamese people run the place so it fees like Angela Johnson is talking everywhere.

Really really enjoyed this place ! The staff is so friendly and they really try to cater to all of your needs! Very clean and quiet! Will definitely recommend this to anyone ! :)

As a 15 time playboy model… I am used to snapping my fingers and getting fantastic customer service, otherwise I give my business elsewhere… I guess I am a tad «high maintenance «! Lol! I have been getting my nails done here for over a year and I can say wow! They have my business for life… if you pull up 10 min after they close they will even stay open for you… that doesn’t happen anywhere! Oh… and my acrylic nails last for over a month before I need a refill… like I said… this salon is a winner! They greet me by name and make my 13 year old feel very comfortable… can’t say enough!

I was going to leave a good review because they told me to but unfortunately they didn’t know that I speak the same language because I told them I was Filipino and I heard them saying negative and hurtful things about customers and how they are charging them extra to make ends meet. This place is horrible!

A «3-​star» review is a good one, as I have never been to a nail salon and given anything more than a 4-​star rating. Keep that in mind.
The service here is consistent with almost any nail salon in town, but the one thing that irks me about this place is the CONSTANT upsell. They will not take «No» for an answer, even when they hear your exasperated sigh or see your weary, almost-​defeated expression.
Manicures become manis+pedis. Basic pedicures become deluxe pedicures. And they sometimes look at your face and tell you that you *need* certain services, like eyebrow waxing. I had just had my eyebrows threaded the last time they suggested it, so I was especially annoyed with the upsell.
Shellac French manicures cost $ 35, so I have to budget since the services here can add up. The upselling is the only reason I bumped this rating to a 3-​star. Otherwise, I always walk away with a great mani/​pedi with zero wait time and will keep coming back.

Staff all friendly, you feel very pampered. Pedicure is very relaxing. Reasonable prices. Great variety of services and different types of mani/​pedi. Good location.

I enjoy coming here — went in today got a mani/​pedi done and totally enjoyed it. The massaging in the spa pedicure is amazing and these ladies really take care of you. I have never had a problem coming here, never had a wait nor any issues with my nails.

I ve been to this place many times merely because of the location. Never been too happy but kept going back since its right next door. My last couple of visits were horrible, hence one star. The management has changed recently and everything has gone down the hill ever since.
The technician never listened to what I request instead they push for more services (sales pitch).
The technicians constantly talk and laugh loudly together. I wonder why they play relaxing background music, when they leave no room for relaxation.
Occasionally my bill was mis calculated so they called after a few hours wanting to charge my card again.
Bottom line, nice people, zero customer service and moderate quality of work.

Worst experience at a nail salon ever! Me and my friend came in to get pedicures and solar nails. They took three hours, and the quality of my nails and toes are horrible. My nails are sore and uneven.

I have now gone here twice for a full set and both times was during my lunch hour. I was able to walk in with no appointment and was seen instantly with no wait. I was very hesitant as I am very particular about whom I let do my nails, but I may say I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed. The first young lady I seen on my first visit was very friendly and did my nails in no time. I was very pleased and was on my way back to work with plenty of time to go next door a pick up a quick bite to eat.
On my second visit the original lady I had previously used was not in, but I was still seen instantly with no appointment. That is a big plus for me considering I typically make a last minute drop by during lunch when time permits,
Not to mention they have reserved parking right in front of their building which is very helpful considering the amount of traffic that accumulates here and especially during the lunch hour. This makes it so much easier to get in and out with time to spare. I for sure plan to return and eventually get me a pedicure too. So till next time, and keep those tip and toes looking good.

This nail salon is on Westheimer in between the Smashburger and the Massage Envy at Yorktown intersection.
It has been a while since I had a pedicure and since having a baby my time out of the house is few and far between so finding a nail salon right next door to the massage envy was a major plus for me.
I had no appointment but walked in and was able to be helped immediately. The salon looks very clean and freshly painted.
There is a disco type ball at the front and beaded chandeliers along the ceiling. The walls have tied back beaded curtains.
The massaging spa chairs look pretty new and have the different colored blown glass foot bases.
They even have tinier butterfly chairs for little girls.
There are at least 4 televisions mounted on the wall if you want to watch tv while getting a pedicure.
I picked my color and asked for the Deluxe Spa pedicure which included the hot wax and towel treatment. It was a great spa pedicure and my feet look better than they have in months! I will update if there is any excessive color chipping, but for now it was great.
I also had my eyebrows waxed while I was there. I prefer threading, but again the more things I could so in a shorter time frame and without multiple stops the better.
I noticed jars with scents on the way back to the waxing room that I am intrigued by, but forgot to ask about. The room used wax paper kind of like at the doctors office that is pulled new for each customer. This was one of the quickest and least painful wax treatments I have ever received.
I walked in expecting nothing, but was pleasantly surprised at the experience. Will definitely be back.
