We use a heavy duty truck mounted machine in which we run our hoses into the home or business to clean. When cleaning, we use either hot water extraction or steam. Some carpet and or rug fibers can not handle the extreme temperature of steam.

History

Established in 2012.

Ryan, owner, started Busy Bee Carpet Steamers with the help of a friend that has his own successful Carpet Cleaning Company in Fort Worth. For the last 10 years, Ryan was a Sales Rep for a Builder Sales Appliance Company in the Houston Area. In the Spring of 2012, Ryan went and got his certification in Carpet Cleaning and Tile & Grout Cleaning. In the mean time, a few trips were taken to Fort Worth for some additional training as well as setting up friends and family down here in the Houston Area. In July of 2012, Busy Bee Carpet Steamers was created and the rest is history.

I had one area rug (8×10) for them to clean. They were very prompt on communications and availability of scheduling. They gave me a window this morning of 8−9am and I received a call promptly at 8 letting me know their estimated time of arrival. They were professional and very nice. I would recommend their services highly. I look forward to using them again.

We had a great experience with the guys from Busy Bee. They cleaned the carpets in our new home and we’re pleased with the results. We ended up paying more than what we anticipated because of some pet accidents from the previous owners, but they notified us of that before starting the job and carpets turned out clean and smelling great.

I have a small one bedroom apartment with pets. Recently, one of the dogs was sick and had a couple of accidents in the apartment. So I called Busy Bee and they explained the process about needing access to water which I knew I had. There were two small areas and another small area with urine. They came when they said they would and were friendly with the service. They explained what to use and what not to use for pets stains. The carpet is cleaner but the areas that had the accidents still smell. it was 99 cleaning plus 60 for treating the urine which is a lot for the small areas and since its still smells seems like a waste. The stains themselves were cleaned well but the smell, not so much.

I called Busy Bee to clean our carpet, tile, and marble and I’m so glad I did! I appreciate that Nikko called ahead to let me know when he would arrive, and he and Jason did a great job once they got here. Nikko asked me a lot of questions about what kind of products I’ve been using and warned me against certain cleaners based on the kind of carpet I have. That’s the kind of extra service that makes me feel good about handing over a check! They are clearly a professional crew who really know their stuff, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

These guys are great! Brian did a wonderful job arrived on time explained everything and no pressure when we discovered one of the bedrooms really just needed new carpet — would be as expensive to clean as it would be to replace. I would recommend these guys and use them again. Thanks Brian! !!

I called busy bee and went with a nother company because of price. Big mistake. I had to call them a week later to clean up the job. Using them again to do a rug. My tenants were very pleased with them! Quick turn around, quick response time, professional staff, no complaints! Pricey but worth it :)

Just had our carpets and couch cleaned by Andy! He did an amazing job! Be sure to request him! He even came late on a Saturday to meet a time crunch we were in and stayed until 10pm to finish the couch which we requested last minute! Never complained and had a great attitude. A++
I did not think these carpets would come clean from the previous owners. There were stains throughout the entire house from children and pets. I wish I’d taken a before picture of the carpets but believe me they were horrible. We had been considering new carpet but decided to hire a cleaning service first. They truly look like new again!
Our white couch looks awesome. Again, we were considering a new one. But Andy was able to get it looking great. I took some photos while he was cleaning and the difference is just incredible.
We called around and had quotes from different people. Do not use anyone else! We almost made that mistake and so glad we didn’t bc these guys do it right. They use proper treatments where others will not. Don’t make that mistake.

Excellent service. Came at the time promised, kept to their fees, and did an excellent job. We had an orange stain in our carpet from an orange soda. Jesse did a wonderful job. I can barely see it, but since its faintly visible, he did not even charge me for it. He also handed me some shoe protectors. Jesse is the nicest person ever, and very professional. Highly recommend

I booked for my apartment carpet cleaning and arranged my pet boarding, Mr. Ryan showed up telling me that they couldn’t clean because my building did not have water faucet and they did not have equipment for that. They did not charge me but I waste money on my pet boarding and waste time!!! Why he did not ask me that before to book the appointment?!!

Called to schedule an estimate. Jesse and Billy came out to give me a quote on carpets, rugs, scotchguard, mattresses and pet odor removal. I will be completely honest, the price creep got me and I had Jesse and Billy just do the carpets, scotchguard and pet odor removal. Jesse warned me what would then happen later on that day, he told me that I would notice the pet odor smell on the items I did not get cleaned. Well, I did not listen and I ended up calling Busy Bee back the very next day to get the mattresses AND couch done. Jesse and Billy were so honest, friendly, kind and professional. They also finished so quickly with stellar results. I will be calling them back WHEN the kids end up tracking mud in the house! Way to go guys!

«Wow» is all I can say. Brian and his team member were on time, professional and efficient in explaining the process. The after result was just amazing. My jaw literally dropped to floor when I walked into my apartment. The carpets had previously been «treated» and «cleaned» with home remedies and a carpet cleaning machine, all which merely spread the dirt and chemicals and made the carpets look even dirtier. We have a dog that we got as a puppy that wasn’t so easy to potty train, so needless to say, we had a lot of accident spots and the carpets smelled like urine. That smell is all gone thanks to Busy Bee! Will be using them for the rest of my life.

Contacted Busy Bee as they are a local company. They were available the day after I called and gave me a 2 hour window. They contacted me when enroute and arrived promptly. There was no hard sell of any additional items. I was offered a couple of additional services, I accepted one (due to pets in the house) and declined one, but again, no hard sell and the prices were very reasonable. I was provided with an exact price quote before any work was done. The job was completed in a reasonable period of time and the results were great. He worked extra hard on a couple of stains that were difficult to remove. I would recommend them to anyone. On time, priced right, and job done the right way. Thanks!

We are turning my husband’s man cave in to the baby’s room so I searched for a Groupon that would help us get the carpets cleaned at an affordable price. I researched online and found that a true steam cleaning seems to be the best all-​around option and then came across Busy Bee. I literally called on a Friday night and Ryan sent Gary (technician) out on Saturday afternoon. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly. Gary even gave us a free fabric and carpet deoderizer because he we told him we have a big dog. The job was finished in less than 45 minutes (probably less than 30) and the carpet looks and feels brand new. Seriously. The carpet could have just been installed yesterday — it looks great! I will definitely be referring these guys to my friends/​family in the future. Great job!

5-​stars is hard to believe, but Ryan just finished up the job at my house and I agree with everyone else that’s giving these guys awesome ratings. I thought I might have to replace the carpet in my house before leasing the property to new tenants, but he did a great job and saved me much $$$. We used Busy Bee to clean the carpets in the home that we just purchased. Ryan and Gary went out out of their way with our crazy timeline to get the job done. This is one of the few new home maintenance expenses where I know that we ended up with a great value for our money. I was very pleased with Busy Bee. Gary was friendly and professional. He performed the exact services he described and informed me since I had berber carpet he may have to return since my light colored carpet had not been cleaned in 2 years. He returned a few days later and recleaned the needed areas. I am pleased to say my carpets now look perfect. I will definitely be using them again and they offer a great deal for repeat customers.

Hard to believe a five-​star rating for any carpet cleaning service, right? Believe it — these guys are the real deal.
Gary did a great job of cleaning our carpet in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost, and without the typical overselling of additional services one experiences with the fly-​by-​night carpet cleaners.
Highest recommendation I can offer is that Busy Bee actually exceeded my expectations, which is no easy task, and I will most definitely be calling them again when the time comes for additional cleaning services.
