Ms. Jackson is a ‘hands-on’ type of business woman, who plays an active role in the day-to-day operations of the delivery service. While working twelve-hour days, she is in and out of her office monitoring activity and keeping everything running smoothly. Punctuality for her staff and drivers is policy, and spot-checks are routinely performed by contacting customers to insure their satisfaction.
