AC crapped out and got the rec from my boss, who has used them for years. Pedro came out at night IN THE DARK to see what he could do. Took two more visits, once more after dark since I worked late and he had other appointments, but he worked at it ’till it was fixed!
The last thing we needed was more than a day of no AC and even though our AC had some strange fan and motor that didn’t fit the universal model he had, he found one that worked. Absolutely trustworthy, dependable, and accessible by text as well as phone, Pedro let us know his ETA, didn’t mind hovering (my partner is that person, bless her heart), and patiently answered all our questions about cost and process.
Would recommend to anyone and plan to use them for all our heating/​ac needs. Two thumbs up!
