Humble, TX
Got some of these delicious chocolates today at the Farmer’s Market out in front of City Hall. Talked to the proprietor too. Passionate guy, really really good chocolate. The ingredients are awsome, the combinations are really sinful. The Pistacios, orange peel, dried cherries and Cointreau in dark chocolate is decadent. It is not sweet at all. In fact, if you don’t like dark chocolate, you will find it challenging. Fortunately, I LOVE dark chocolate. Also amazing is the ancho chile, almonds and tequila. The slow burn on the aftertaste had me happily rolling my tongue around my mouth to get more milage out of the flavor.
There is no store front for this business yet, however they sell online, at the City Hall Farmer’s Market, T’afia, Whole Foods, Spec’s, etc. Visit their web site to find a seller that is closer to you. You will be happy you did.
