The hands of Mercedes Bouchard restores the past, the memories of a family atmosphere that we all love.

While still very young she studied in the art academy of El Paso, TX. After that she emigrated to the United States were she also worked as freelance for several prestigious studios she also travel to Europe and work in Germany for an Austrian photographer for 3 years. In 1979 she came back to the U. S and continuing her education in Sam Houston University in Huntsville TX, specializing in graphic arts and photo restoration. In 1980 for the first time she opened Bouchard’s Photo-​Restoration.

She has specialized in restoring precious heirloom photographs and documents. At the present, Bouchard’s serves the public as well photographers, framers, photo labs and other restoration studios.
