We have brought our kids to Dr. Bogert since they were little. We moved away and came back to Houston and made sure to come back to Dr. Bogert’s office. My experience has always been positive — he takes the time to explain options and his staff is very caring and patient with little ones. I do remember the policy about parents having to bring the child for the first visit, and it was a bit of an inconvenience taking off work for that. But the reason behind that policy is so that the decision maker for the patient can build a relationship with the staff from day one. Personally I think this is a good thing because I have access to Dr. Bogert myself to ask questions directly. If you can make this work out with your schedule, then you will not be disappointed with the care that Dr. Bogert provides!

Dr. Bogert has treated our kids since they were old enough to start seeing the dentist, and he and his staff have been fantastic! They are cheerful, caring, and thorough. We have been very happy with the care we have received at Dr. Bogert’s office, and plan to continue with him until our kids are too old to see him ;-). By the way, we are a working family also and have filled out the paperwork to have other family members take our kids into the office when necessary; everything is available online and it’s easy to take care of the forms ahead of time if necessary.

Extremely unhelpful and uncaring! My daughter is a school teacher and I babysit my 4 year old granddaughter for her. Their policy is only a parent can bring a child to the first appointment and they only do morning appointments. I explained my daughter works and asked if she could stop by in the afternoon and visit in person or sign a letter authorizing me to attend the appointment and they refused!!! My goodness, I only wanted a check up and cleaning for my granddaughter. This is not the dentist to use if you are a working family. They were unwilling to find a way to do the appointment so my daughter didn’t have to miss work. I called another pediatric dentist in Clear Lake and they had no problem allowing me to attend in my daughters place!
