I suffer from major clogged skin/​large pores and have tried numerous places over the years to treat my skin. Hands down Blossom and Wink has been the best place I’ve tried thus far. I usually get the Oxygenating Facial and have seen both Christian and Ali. My family immediately notice a difference in my skin after my very first facial. The receptionist is super sweet and attentive, and my overall experience has been great.

I wanted to wait until I tried multiple services to make a real, solid opinion on Blossom & Wink. I am proud to say that it hasn’t changed!
My first impression of a business is a receptionist and in my opinion it sets the entire tone for you experience. Both receptionists are not only polite and super sweet, but they’re also really accommodating. On my latest visit I wanted to add a service to my appointment a couple days before and they called me back 10 minutes later letting me know that I could come in earlier for that other service I wanted. They could have very easily said no, or just moved my appointment down. I really appreciated that!
As far as the actual services I have gotten a full set of lashes, a refill, signature facial, Brazilian wax and microdermabrasion. Ali has performed all of them and I couldn’t be happier.
Ali asked me what I envisioned with my lashes and blew me away! She made sure I was comfortable, explained he process and gave me beautiful lashes. I told her to go all out and she delivered. They look beautiful and more importantly, natural. I also appreciated the after care kit, Ali made sure to explain how to take care and wash them properly so they could last as long as possible.
Next up, my signature facial! I let Ali know that my skin was in between the years of break out and anti aging. She explained her game plan for my skin and got to work. Extractions were painless but she still made sure I was doing okay. If she wasn’t such a great person, I would have fallen asleep with the massage, but she’s just too much fun to talk to! My boyfriend got a gentlemens facial from Laura and his skin looked AMAZING afterwards! He isn’t into this type of stuff at all but he said Laura was great and made something he originally dreaded a pleasant experience.
My microdermabrasion was also relatively fast, and extremely painless. I was expecting to feel really tender and walk out looking like a baboons butt but my skin felt fine and I didn’t look crazy. I was comfortable enough to just throw some shades on and go shopping. I’m excited for my next session! Ali is always honest with me and I appreciate never feeling pressured to either upgrade my service or buy stuff that I know nothing about. They really care about the client and that’s hard to find.
This Brazilian wax with Ali was the least painful and the most comfortable. There was a towel for modesty which made me feel less exposed and much more comfortable and the entire process was about 15 minutes. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting to like it but I wasn’t sensitive afterwards and I haven’t gotten a single ingrown hair.
I know this review is super long but I just had to give Blossom & wink the review it deserves! Ali and her team are knowledgeable, polite and overall incredible! I am so grateful to have found this place. I have never felt so beautiful and confident. You can’t put a price on waking up, looking in the mirror and looking your best. Do yourself a favor and check them out, I promise you won’t regret it!

I walked out with a first-​degree steam burn on my face from Tiffany. This is a long overdue review. Last Valentine’s Day, I decided to treat myself with a signature facial that so many Unilocalers have raved about, except my facial turned disastrous.
Tiffany was not apologetic about what was done. I contacted the B&W owner Ali the same night about my facial experience, Ali replied quickly and professionally. I was seen by Ali the next day. Ali applied some cooling mask to help with the burn and she tried to reassure me it will be fine in a few days, just like a little sunburn.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t a ‘little fun in the sun’ kind of burn. The burn was worst than Ali had thought or tried to say. My family doctor had to prescribe antibiotic to prevent scarring and I had to layer my face with Triple A ointment for a week. I could not work for a week since my work deals with the public, by the end of the 10^th day, a layer of blackened-​burnt skin had peeled off.
I was supposed to meet Ali again to see if my face has gotten better after initially seen by her. When I shared with Ali about what I experienced in the last 10 days over email, and I shared with her some photos of my skin progress from burn to blackened skin to skin peeling off. Ali tried to explain to me that my symptoms were like a chemical peel, however, I had to remind Ali that I didn’t go for a chemical peel, I went for a facial. After our exchanges, she postponed our meeting.
Long story short, I did not meet with Ali as she told me to contact her attorney. I worked in the law field too. I wasn’t trying to go ‘that way’, I just wanted to tell her what happened since she asked me. I could have contacted her attorney but I haven’t yet.
At my request, Ali did refund me the cost of the disastrous facial. Looking back, Tiffany did the damage, but as a liable owner, Ali’s action disappointed me. Had she just openly talk to me about what happened, comfort/​console, or just be sympathetic about what I endured, I would have been more at ease.
Anyway, this was my experience at B&W. I hope this does not happen to any one of you.

I can’t believe I didn’t know this place existed! It has been in this location for 4 years as of December 2015.
Blossom and Wink is nestled inside a corporate-​looking, mid-​rise building in the heart of Montrose. I felt quite secure having to ring to get in. Once you open the door, you are transported to a shabby chic boutique spa that you might see in Austin or somewhere — did not feel like Houston — which is a good thing! They definitely have the zen thing down.
My husband went here for two treatments before our wedding and I went for one (ha!). He loved it so much and I do, too — I just need to make some more time to do it.
Easy scheduling online makes it also super fabulous.
Laura did both of our facials and is wonderful. I had ordered a higher-​end facial for my husband but I appreciated Laura recommending one he actually needed since he has good skin and not trying to up sell him :)
I have a feeling there will be some gift cards under the Christmas tree this year for a fresh-​looking 2016.

I recently moved to Houston and have been spending a lot of time trying to figure out what is good for everything… hair, facials, massages etc. I came to blossom and wink from a recommendation and I now have to look no further for a great facial! I had my first facial with Ali and it was great! The spa is very cute and has a relaxing vibe! I will be back!

This is by far the best salon I’ve been to! Knowledgeable and friendly staff, gorgeous and relaxing atmosphere, and very fair pricing!
I was in last week for some birthday pampering and booked an Express Facial with Ali and a Back Facial with Laura. As always, Ali was wonderful. She is very professional and always knows how to make me feel relaxed. Plus, the facial was amazing! Laura did my back facial and, oh my goodness! It was incredible. If you’ve never had a back facial, GET ONE! It’s like a massage and deep cleaning in one! Ive been getting back breakouts lately and this is just what I needed. After my services, I felt amazing. Ali and Laura helped me find the right products for my skin type, but weren’t pushy like some salons can be. Overall, every experience I’ve had here has been over the top! I will definitely keep coming back.

I’ve been to the salon several times for multiple services and think it is lovely! The front desk is always accommodating, and ushers you into an adorable waiting area with awesome beverage choices! (Keurig, sparkling water, etc) I had a Brazilian wax once and it was great! (Can’t remember the girls name) but usually I get lash services. I was super apprehensive the first time I got lash extensions because I really don’t love things on my face. I was so pleasantly surprised and Delaney was awesome! Even my boyfriend (who also doesn’t love things on my face) couldn’t get over them. So basically since then every 3 – 6 weeks I drive 45 min from the woodlands to get these babies refilled by Delaney! She’s sweet and always inquires about any challenges I might have with my lashes. I highly recommend blossom and wink always! Give yourself some extra time if it’s your first visit it’s a little challenging to find at first!

Came here for a facial. By far my favorite place I’ve found in houston.
I loved that they were very flexible, asked me lots of questions about what I did and did not want. Products I wanted to avoid or use. She spent forever extracting everything nasty out of my face, which I asked for. I looked so much better the next day. So happy with my experience, I can’t wait to go back.

After reading the fantastic reviews, I had to see for myself. I had the luxury facial with Christian and, although I had high expectations, she totally delivered. She is so sweet, funny, and relatable and puts you right at ease. She’s obviously very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of great tips and tricks. The spa is clean and calming and the staff is super friendly. I’ll definitely be going back!

I came in to get my lashes done by Delaney, worst mistake of my life. The lashes hurt and fell off the day after and I had to get my lashes done by someone else. That was infuriating these lashes are not cheap they are more expensive than most lash studios. Delaney is trained very poorly I would not recommend her to anyone. Thats not the worst part, her body odor was terrible and she looked like she had just rolled out of bed. I will not return to this V. A of spas!

I’m going to do a follow up… I need to say how great Christian is. She does an incredible job with my brows and skin. She noticed my skin was changing due to age on her own and has changed my routine. She’s so attentive and knows her stuff!

I loved the layout and décor because it was relaxing and pretty.
I was greeted by Christian and she gave me a form to fill out. After I was done, she led me to one of the room. She asked what my concerns were then we quickly precede (back acne facial) the process. Throughout the process, she gave me a heads up if it would sting but it did not :) She was gentle with the extraction and gave a great massage! We also had a great fun conversation through the process. Furthermore, she gave advice on how to prevent back acne that doesn’t cost a leg or an arm!

I originally made an appointment for a microdermabrasion facial, but based on my skin Ali recommend I do the signature facial which actually ended up saving me $ 20. The facial was great! She was very gentle even during the extractions. She didn’t leave the room the entire time, while she wasn’t working on my face she was massaging my shoulders and arms. She also gave me some advise on my cleanser and moisturizer without pushing any of their products on me. My face looks much cleaner and my pores look less congested. I will be back in 8wks!

I can not express enough how happy and excited I am with my lashes! What girl doesn’t want amazing, WOW, lashes?! Allie is so super sweet and very good at what she does! The business itself is very clean, love the décor, and has an incredible vibe to it. I highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else :)

Allie is so nice and personable. She is really accommodating and offers reasonable prices and great service. Haven’t made it into Blossom and Wink in awhile, but hope to soon!

This tucked away little haven is fabulous! I scheduled an appointment with Allie for a lash extension refill. I had gone to another place to have them done, and they were a hot mess… Allie was fantastic! She was gentle and did a stellar job! She took time and care, and I am so grateful for her incredible work. My soft long beautiful lashes are back, and I will be too :-) I highly recommend Blossom & Wink.

I had had quite a few facials in my time, as people with problem skin can attest to, it sometimes can be uncomfortable depending on the aesthetician. It’s fairly difficult to find a really really good one that uses quality products and really knows their stuff. I decided to check out Blossom and Wink based on some really good reviews, and am super glad I did.
I made a same day appointment, and met with Christian, who turned out to be delightful. She went through the process, asked a lot of questions about my skin, what I was looking to accomplish, and history. The facial was really great, non invasive, and my skin looked amazing afterwards. I liked her so much I decided to come back the following week for an enzyme peel which I didn’t have a lot of experience with. The process is fairly simple, and I walked away with great feeling skin. She made everything very comfortable, has a great personality, and really knows what works for different skin types. I actually feel hopeful for the first time in a long time that I am going to see results and have improved skin. The space is welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend Christian, and will continue to visit B&W.

Had a lovely facial, my skin is sensitive but I am positively glowing and ready to go out right now (without make-​up on)!
No hard sales. She is also comfortable recommending third party, over the counter stocked at CVS or Walmart products.
