I believe I’m being real generous here not giving 1 star, but I feel bad since there’s only 1 other review and I know the weight a 2^nd review can do.
Regardless… I bought a Groupon. There was a number to call to schedule on the Groupon. Never once answered or returned the messages left there until the voice mail box become full and messages could no longer be left.
Luckily I had Google. I found 3 other potential numbers. Many voicemails and calls to these other numbers later I finally got a call back like 2 weeks later. FYI these Groupons have a 3 month shelf life before they are voided.
Got the call back. Availability was very minimal. I’d basically have to use time off at my job to sneak away on a Tuesday, no thanks. I talked to the Office lady and she said hours might be changing soon as things get settled. I said, OK, the current hours don’t work so I will call back in 4 weeks.
4 weeks later I called back on all the numbers, left voicemails on the mail boxes that weren’t full. Did this for about 10 days, no call back, no nothing. I was tired of dealing with this and now had 3 weeks to use my 2 visits before the Groupon expired. I just called Groupon and had them void this Groupon and refund me the cash.
Not sure what happened, but after about 15 non returned phone calls your business is officially dead to me. Hope yall get time to answer calls in the future.

I took a chance and responded to an ad for Bloom Chiropractic while visiting Houston. The facility is top notch, the office staff were efficient, polite and expedient, and the overall experience was exceptional.
The chiropractor, Amber Bloom, was polite, thorough and extremely professional. She continued the session until she felt completely comfortable, and the results were outstanding.
