Blinds and Shutters

We purchases plantation shutters from Blinds and Shutters for our new home in the Heights. Chris was very prompt and professional, and the job was completed within the time-​frame he gave us. The price was very competitive, and we ended up doing the whole house with shutters instead of just the front. The quality of the shutters is great, and the installation team did a wonderful job of keeping everything tidy while they worked.
Will recommend and have already recommended Chris to friends and co-​workers!

Chris was great to work with. He was able to meet me the day after I called to measure and the shades came in 2 weeks later. I got a set of roller shades for my sliding glass doors and bamboo roman shades for our bedrooms. They look amazing, would definitely recommend these guys!

Chris came to my loft downtown and measured the three windows and I now have perfect blinds one week later. I didn’t know what I wanted and Chris pointed me in the right direction.
The installation was very very challenging because of the age and type of windows in my building (st germain) and John and Chris handled everything perfectly.
These guys are awesome and have passion for what they do.

I purchased a new home in the Willowbend area. Out of the two companies that I asked for a quote, Chris with Blinds and Shutters of Houston seemed to be the most knowledgeable of the two. Chris came out and gave me a very competitive bid and it showed he knew his stuff. The other competitor was 3 day blinds. Even though 3 days was a larger company and could get me the blinds installed quicker, there sales person could not offer me any valuable consultation. When I asked there suggestion to what would work in my house, the rep just responded «it just depends on what you like» The problem was I didn’t know what I like and Chris made the buying process very easy. I was thinking about spending tons of money on Roman Blinds or Plantation Shutters, but Chris felt that was too dressy for my modern looking house. Was he right! The new feaux blinds Blinds and Shutters install are beautiful and the color even matches the window trim almost perfectly. The customer service is also excellent. The blind company accidentally sent over a couple bad blinds and Chris quickly replaced them and didn’t accept final payment until they came in. I give 5 stars to Chris and advise anyone that is looking for blinds or shutters that there is no need to look further than his company.

After several months their blinds and shutters are still as good as new. what could be even better then this. The collection and designs on the website is also impressive. Coolest part of this business is that they provide a free pre-​sales measurement and assessment. simply irresistible.
