History

Established in 1975.

The Billiard Factory was founded in 1975 by Larry Stick as a single store on Telephone Road in Houston, Texas. Over the past three decades, the Company has expanded through both organic growth and opportunistic acquisitions from a single store with four employees into one of the nation’s largest billiard and game room furniture retailers. Today, the company consists of 11retail stores, multiple distribution centers and over 100 dedicated employees.

We just had a very pleasant experience at this location! If you are in the market for any kind of gameroom table or accessories, they have it! Fernando was our sales associate. He was vey knowledgeable and informative on all of the different pool tables and brands. He was not pushy at all! I highly recommend him to help you with any of your gameroom needs!

Very nice store, great selection of products and a lot of neat items.
The absolute worst customer service in all of Houston. I’ve made three major purchases there this year and each time it’s like pulling teeth to get them to follow up or contact you regarding deliveries or order placement.
It’s truly hard to convey how poor of a job the do taking care of customers through this review. I’ve conducted my final transaction with this business.

I just bought a cue not to long ago and the sales guy was very helpful at first. He showed me some McDermott’s and some Poison cues, then he went back to front as I continued to compare different sticks. After I made my purchased my wife and I were just about to leave when she asked me if the cue had any kind of warranty (i.e. factory or from the store), so I went back in and asked the same sales about it. He seemed flustered as he raised his voice a little telling I bought it as it is. At this point I’m start to get angry not only because the guy is starting to be a douche, but because I did spend a little money on my purchase. The guy apparently thinks he can talk to customers this way because it’s a high end store, but a little respect goes a long way. If it wasn’t for the Hispanic sales associate who was there I would have rated it a 1 star.

Checked out Billiard Factory because my huband is dreaming of a poker table, but we won’t be getting it here.
Everything looked nice, decent quality… salespeople were a bit in your face, but that’s typical of a furniture place. The prices… OMG…really, really high! Just can’t see how to justify paying that much for inessential, indulgent furniture.

What a fantastic shopping experience and fabulous selection of barstools, games and so much more. I thought they just sold pool tables. Their pricing is second to none. They just delivered and set up my outdoor ping pong table and a poker table for my game room. Free delivery. I recommend this to all my friends and anyone out there that is looking for quality furniture for your gameroom. Check them out first.

Ok, so I buy a pool table and pay $ 5000. They charge me for the table the day I buy it. When they deliver it they charge me again by mistake. When I alert them that they charged me double, they credit me back less than the second charge. I ask them to fix it and they tell me they charged me too little the first time. What??? Are you kidding me??? obviously this place cannot be trusted and quite frankly the manager of the bee cave store is clueless when it comes to customer experience. I will never shop with them again even though they are conveniently located near me and I need about another $ 25,000 worth of equipment. I hope that $ 130 extra charge was worth it? Get a new staff and I may return.
