Established in 1995.

After graduating from University of Houston Law Center in 1995, Mark Bennett went into practice as a solo criminal-​defense lawyer. In 1997, his wife Jennifer Bennett joined him in the practice and they formed Bennett & Bennett.

I have been a criminal-​defense trial lawyer for seventeen years. I have never been a prosecutor – I believe that, in the struggle for freedom, there is only one side for smart people of good conscience to be on: that of the people.
