BCBG Max Azria

I was in such a rush and the sales rep tried her best to get me in and out in a flash. The store is always nice and neat. It’s always empty when I go in but maybe I’m there at odd times. Any who, they have trendy edgy clothes for the modern day fashionista. But with that said… be ready to pay for it!

This BCBG is very neatly organized and plenty of selections left when there is a sale. Maybe because it is in Downtown, away from the mall crowds? I go here whenever I need a special occassion dress and do not have any time to go to the mall on the weekend or after work. I really do not like spending time at the mall on the weekend if I can help it since I rather do things with my little family that is more fun than shop! :)
They display a few of each size on the racks to save space and frankly, it just looks alot more nicer. Who wants to go through a rack of dresses that are stacked so full you cannot get through and have them start falling off? Totally classy place here. So if you do not see your size, just ask because they do have it, just stocked in the back.
Anyway, beautiful store layout and tons of options if you need a dress or anything for the season trends. The quality that you get with BCBG is worth the price you pay!

BCBG Max Azria at Houston Pavilions= Best BCBG Max Azria Boutique in Houston. Period.
Suprisingly, my first visit to this location was yesterday evening. I’m definitely a BCBG fan and visit quite often. From the Woodlands, to the Galleria, and even the outlet store in Cypress, I’ve been to them all! Oh yeah, and I can’t exclude dipping off into the BCBG section in Dillards. But since we’re talking boutique locations, we can «x» Dillards out for now. Back to my point. I love shopping at any BCBG Max Azria store, but I think my favorite is now the location at the Houston Pavilions!
When walking up to the store, which is located on the 2^nd floor, it totally grabs your attention and makes you want to dash in and start shopping! It’s still fairly a new store. I believe its been open 4 – 5 years now. It is a lot bigger than the other locations here in Houston. It’s very bright and has a nature-​like, earth tone to it. What I like most is the set up. This boutique is soooo spacious, but at the same time certain areas of the store are sort of sectioned off. I love that! The dressing room area is big which is a plus. I went specifically looking for a cocktail dress for my birthday that I’d already tried on and put on hold at the Galleria location, but came to the Pavilions to see if they had different colors in the same dress. And they did! The ladies were very helpful and personable in helping me decide on the dress color as well as suggestions on accessories and shoes. (Shout out to Valerie! She was awesome!) They were not stingy either on getting the sale. Being that I’d already put the dress on hold at the Galleria, they asked if I wanted to purchase the dress over there instead. They were 10 times more helpful, so I went ahead and purchased it here since they had the dress in my size. Why not? In the end, I was a happy camper AND my trip wasn’t in vain! Yaaaasss!!! Mission accomplished.
With all that being said, I give this BCBG Max Azria two thumbs up! The fact that I’m just now visiting this particular location is beyond me. But hey, better late than never right? The location, store setting, customer service, and of course the clothes are all FAB!!!

Although BCBG seems to have faltered a bit in terms of quality and design over the years, I’m still a fan.
I like this particular BCBG because it’s kind of a hidden gem; rarely does it get overcrowded… which means more merchandise and a bigger selection in my size! I hate the one in the Galleria. It’s hot, stuffy and crowded at times. This store beats going to department stores to find BCBG, hands down.
Store is clean, bright and spacious with major sale sections. Happy shopping!

Awesome spot!!! A lot of people still don’t know it’s here, so they have tons of sizes even in sale merchandise!

This place sucks, I love their clothes but my credit card got ran twice for the same clothes and still has not been credited back to my bank. I have been waiting for almost a week for the money. I have called all the way to the corporate office to try to get this issue resolved in a timely fashion. This charged has totally screwed up my weekend and to be honest I have spend hours trying to get this resolved and I still have not heard ANYONE tell me that the issue was taken care of… they keep on saying we will call you back or I’m totally getting the run around. No telling how long its going to take me to get back the money they took from me. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. OH AND BTW IT HAPPENED TO FIVE OTHER PEOPLE IN THE SAME DAY. So watch out when you go there… my advice is to pay cash or you will be sorry.

Yet another great shop opened at the Houston Pavilions.
I came here last night for an opening and pre-​sale event hosted by Houston Young People for the Arts and Emerging Leaders. Great organization. Great event. Great location.
This boutique is a lot larger than the one in the Galleria, better lighting, more selection and a modern-​Earthy design.
If you’re looking for a sleek gown for the opera, gala or the like, or a short, flirty cocktail dress for your birthday, grab the credit card and come here. BCBG also carries a large selection of business/​casual wear, accessories and some killer shoes.
Though items can be a bit pricey, BCBG always has a nice little sales rack. I once snagged a sexy $ 300 cocktail dress for $ 80. Lucky for you, because of the opening, they have multiple SECTIONS dedicated to 30– to 50% off items.
The staff is incredibly accommodating and know how to put together a sexy outfit. Like I said, grab the credit card and go. Til next payday…
