We are proud to report one of our signature po’ boys’ The Midnight Masterpiece’ a succulent homemade roast beef debris concoction’ was recently voted the «Best Sandwich in Houston» by the Houston Chronicle.

BB’s prides itself on being your late night and weekend headquarters. We love our late-​night customers as well as our many traditional patrons and specialize in late-​night dine in and pick-​up. We also have professional corporate delivery drivers that bring your order right to your office.

History

Established in 2007.

BB’s was founded in November 2007 by Brooks Bassler. The original location has 1,100 square foot at Montrose and Westheimer in Houston, Texas. It was the perfect starter! Bassler opened BB’s with intentions of creating a unique brand: over stuffed New Orleans style po-​boys, Tex-​Orleans cooking with a distinct menu offered when and how customers want it… dine-​in, catering and take-​out … late night and traditional hours.

Chief Brand Officer for BB’s Café since 2007, Maricela Bassler is committed to putting smiles on faces of all BB’s customers. With the help of our management team, she ensures the day to day communication with our customers is kept open. We make no excuses and accept all constructive criticism. We work daily to improve our day to day operations and to always put a valuable, YUM product on every plate. At BB’s you can find Maricela executing everything from BB’s advertising, designs, campaigns, social media, atmosphere, events and keeping the concept truly BB’s.
