First off, my skin looks AMAZING because of Kim Chang! I have had cystic acne since the age of 12. My old dermatologist in San Antonio told me I had the biggest cysts they have ever seen within the 25 years of practice, just to give you an idea of what I was dealing with. Within the past few years, it has calmed down but the cysts are still huge, painful, and still too many of them to count. Prescription pills, creams, and any OTC either never worked for or lasted long.
When I first talked to Kim, I was ordering a face wash that had helped keep my cysts a little under control. Kim had told me «I can help you get your skin clear and we can help with the scarring, too.» I had heard that SO MANY TIMES already I didn’t believe her. She asked me to come in for a consultation and I brought my products with me so she could see what my routine was.
Kim’s office is very welcoming and it is definitely a no judgment zone! She also understood all the pain (emotionally and physically) that I have been through. We came up with a plan to conquer my acne and set up my next appointment. She recommended products and told me what foods to stay away from.
After the first treatment of extractions (which are painful, but worth it! Nowhere near as bad as having large cysts!) I noticed my skin felt smoother, the cysts didn’t hurt as bad, and they were slowly going away. Since I started which was about August of last year, my skin has cleared up tremendously from doing extractions and chemical peels with her. I pretty much have complete, clear skin that looks great! I have a strict skincare routine I have to follow but it is completely and totally worth it. I have done micro needling as well and I love the results it gave me. I go in for treatments now every 3 months or so just to maintain my skin. On another note, I research my make up products like crazy to make sure I don’t cause any flare ups in between visits. Kim is always happy and ready to review what you’re using. She is also very responsive with e-​mail if you ever have any questions or if you forget something she told you.
Kim has saved my skin and I can’t wait to see what it will look like as we treat the scarring! I highly recommend going to see her for whatever treatment you need.

Kim Chang has magical hands! She is extremely knowledgeable about skin care and the products that you need to repair, restore, and maintain beautiful skin! I’m 53 years old and my skin glows! I see Kim monthly and would highly recommend that you do the same. Also, the staff is excellent.
