Ballet and Pilates by Victoria engages, educates, and empowers people of all ages and skill levels to adopt a healthy lifestyle and love of one’s body. By providing high quality instruction in an open and inviting atmosphere, Ballet and Pilates inspires confidence, encourages fun, shapes your entire body and essentially leaving a lasting legacy.

History

Established in 2012.

Throughout my years as a professional ballet dancer, this studio always remained a dream of mine. In that dream I envisioned a quaint boutique of a studio that would provide a creative dance education experience for young children, and a place where adults could transform their bodies.

Today, I am proud to say that dream has been realized in the form of Ballet and Pilates by Victoria, where we not only focus on teaching children the fundamental principals of dance, but also have adults achieving that long and lean dancer look. Every aspect of curriculum has been carefully crafted for each class, and our faculty is unparalleled in its quality and devotion to what we do. It is a magical place to be!

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Professional Ballerina and Instructor Victoria Simo has over 25 years of experience in the field of dance and fitness. She received her professional ballet training from Houston Ballet Academy on full scholarship, where she was awarded the prestigious Peter Schaer award. Victoria performed with Houston Ballet in several productions including Cinderella, Romeo and Juliet, The Nutcracker, and Don Quixote. Victoria taught and choreographed at Houston Ballet Academy. Victoria performed 10 years with Texas Ballet Theater, where she danced Principal roles including «Alice» in Alice in Wonderland and «Snow Queen» in The Nutcracker. She taught and staged several pieces at Texas Ballet Theater School. Victoria was classically trained in Pilates at Houston Ballet and has been teaching since 2002. Her goal is to inspire you and your children by sharing her knowledge of dance and Pilates.
