Established in 2007.

John Herbig primarily practices family law, civil litigation, immigration, and environmental law with a focus on family law, complex commercial litigation, construction law, energy and oil and gas law, environmental health and safety management systems, compliance counseling, solid and hazardous waste management, water quality, Clean Air Act compliance, and related environmental regulatory and compliance issues.

He decided to open his own practice where he could focus on personal service with actual people, instead of representing large corporations.

Prior to attending law school, he earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in environmental and occupational health and safety, as well as earning certificates in hazardous materials and waste management. Additionally, he served as a nuclear, biological and chemical warfare specialist in the United States Army for four years.
