Awesome Smiles

Dr. Natasha Perschke and front staff which go by the name of Vanessa and Marlette. Everyone was so kind and helpful with my daughters visit. I didn’t have an appointment but saw other reviews that they did have walk in so I took a chance. I don’t have insurance but that didn’t stopped them from helping us out. Price was reasonable and now I will be making a follow up appointment from here on out. Dr is kind. She does speak English, Spanish. I give it a 5 star because I work in the medical field as well and it is about making sure that the patient feels welcome and comfortable. I would say. Give them one chance, one opportunity. just so you can see that they are one of the best. We hardly have some true good business now in days.

I have been to several dental places but was never satisfied until I went here! I love going to Awesome Smile they are clean, organized, professional and not to mention very affordable! Dr. Kathy Nguyen always handles you with care and she alway make sure you are comfortable she is a great doctor. Their staff is one of the best customer service I have encountered.

Awesome Smiles is an inviting and welcoming environment with friendly staff who are there to meet your dental needs. The facility is very nice and clean with on-​site parking which is extremely convenient.
I had an appointment for a dental check-​up and cleaning and the procedure was painless. During the replacement of my fillings, I felt at ease the entire time. Dr. Nguyen was very attentive and comforting during the whole process.
I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental home. The staff are all very knowledgeable and compassionate. Was definitely a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left. Thank you Awesome Smiles!

I had a great experience getting my teeth cleaned. The staff was friendly and professional. The facility was clean and the area was safe. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

The office is very nice and super clean. Staff is very nice and friendly. I get my dental work and cleanings done with Dr. Nguyen. She is very gentle, thorough and my teeth always feel great after she’s finished with them. I trust her. Would definitely recommend her!

Their bio states that they can deal with Pediatric dentistry. I beg to differ! I have a 3 year old that went in with a tooth ache, after waiting (there was a wait with no one in the waiting room) they led me and my child to get x-​rays. They used an adults mouth wing on my 3 year old, a few photos were taken and then the crying started because this 1.5X1.5 mouth wing was causing pain, the mouth was fully open and i’ve had xrays and that mouthwing can be uncomfortable for an adult now imagine the same one being crammed in to a toddlers mouth of course its going to be painful, the assistant was not sympathetic at all. The assistant immediately started shaking her head, cavities of course, it was found that there were cavities but to start lecturing me because there were cavities is unnacceptable, the approach was unprofessional and that is where I felt the appointment was not going to be good. She made me feel as if it was the first time she had seen cavities and like it was the end of the world for a kid to have them. We moved on to the area where they started doing the cleaning, that went well and then the doctor and the assistant went off to discuss the findings. The assistant comes back to tell me that because my child was uncooperative they would refer me to another dentist that would be able to sedate her, that part was understood, but uncooperative, yes there were issues with the xray, but afterwards the cleaning went well with no issues, but my child was uncooperative. I got up and decided I had enough. I signed the documents and debated a review. My daughter was still in pain and nothing was resolved. I was able to locate a pediatric dentist, one that IS actually specialized in pediatric dentistry and took my child the next day. They raved about how this 3 year old was easy to work with and the same went yesterday when they fixed the cavity. My kid was in a room alone with 3 dentists, some crying ensued just when they started but afterwards we were good to go. The dentists again commented on how my child had a strong spirit and were surprised that a 3 year old acted so good. I was a bit disheartened with the way Awesome Smiles was but im glad they did what they did because I was able to locate a dentist that did what they didnt do.
My moral of the story is if you have a child please take them to a pediatric dentist. This place is not a place I would recommend, front desk staff were good, assistant was crap, dentist didnt even say anything after her recommendation, she just moved on to the next case. The inside of the area is clean, there was a wait with no one in sight.

After trying several dentist, I’ve finally found the BEST!

Staff are super sweet and friendly. I had appointment for tooth extraction, which I was super nervous and scared about. Dr. Nguyen was sweet and patient with me. She walk me through the whole process, and did a great job numbing me. I did not feel anything. Dr. Nguyen did such a great job. The extraction went great and did not take long at all. I’m so please and happy with my visit.
