I have lived here for three years plus and I have got to say that this is by far the worst apartment complex anyone could move to. Our lease is over this week and I couldn’t be more happier. Moving in we were promised an upgraded apartment and we didn’t get that. We were referred by our family friend who was suppose to receive $ 500 for referring us and they never even received their money at all. They might as well take that stupid sign down if they don’t even give out money. After the fact of moving in we still had workers working on the apartment. The place was given to us dirty. The parking is HORRIBLE. Whoever built this place is just beyond stupid because they only put 10 parking spots to cover two full buildings in the front. That’s not even enough to cover one person per apartment with ONE car. Imagine these two bedrooms with several people and three cars each. It has been twice that this apartment has been bought out by someone new. The staff isn’t the friendliest. The workers who bust their butt trying to keep this environment clean are more friendly than them. It seems like every other day lately they shut off our water for no complete reason. These people don’t realize what an inconvenience they cause by doing that. I’m just so excited to move away from this place. Every time I see someone looking into these apartments I just want to scream «NOOOO! YOU WILL REGRET IT!» Unless they move in a building in the back where there is plenty of parking back there. Almost everyday it takes me five to seven minutes just to park and make it inside my apartment. Parking really makes people leave. Avana Cypress Estates looks good on the outside but it’s really and truly not a great and pleasant place to live.

Decent apartments but FREQUENT break-​ins. Caution should be taken if you are on any of the corner units on the ground floor. Also the pool should be maintained a lot better. It is filthy! I went swimming twice so far and both times yielded horrible eye infections.

Marina is an idiot. I called to make an appointment for a viewing. I waited 20 minutes and left. I came back a couple of hours later and she claims no recollection of our phone conversation even though I wrote down everything she went over with me, even the unit number that we discussed was available. Please hire competent employees.
